I liked the large room layout -- comfortable for 3. The huge TV was initially impressive but the picture was not good (signal? TV?). Nice fridge, but no microwave. Beds were comfortable. New exercise equipment. Staff didn't take interest when I reported a couple of small problems. Great main floor functionality. Nice to have a good coffee bar. Free bfast was less than most. 24-hour menu is nice.
I'll return when my party is 2-3. For solo travel there are better values.

Hotel staff was friendly. Room had a very nice set-up and was very roomy for two couples sharing the room. Beds were a bit small and on the firm side. Price was good.

The hotel is a short drive from downtown Cleveland and getting in and out of the city was easy. We visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Musuem of Art, The Goodtime III, and Bill Maher at the Palace. Plenty of resturants surround the hotel, although the resturant at the hotel was very good. The lobster bisque was excellent. The breakfast was also good and while the hotel was full the weekend we were there there was never a wait for breakfast.

The hotel was pleasant and Staff was very nice. We booked here because it seemed closer to Downtown Cleveland. At the end of the day, we saved about $50 on the room rate but spent $30 for each trip to and from the City. We ended up spending $120 all together so I should have just paid the extra money to stay downtown. Lesson learned. The hotel was very nice and the room was VERY clean.. I would stay here again for sure if I didn't plan on being downtown 3 separate times.

Close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Hotel experience would have been perfect if there were some chairs on the balcony and if a few fellow guests didn't pound on their doors throughout the day and night.

I was in town for a funeral and needed a peaceful but central location (access to freeways). This mariott is in a great location. Close to the freeway, movies, and shopping. The room had a good bed and tv, no bedbugs, and was clean. Fitness center and breakfast. Only wish it had a bar/lounge.

To start when I got there, there was no internet service in my room so they had to move me down to another floor. The cleaning person on the 5th floor was loud and very abrasive to whom ever she was talking to on the phone. Also with the 5th floor, the drawers were all broken, the safe was locked and no key, no iron in the room. On the 2nd floor the cleaning person was nicer, however they forgot to bring me a clean shower curtain. The furniture was in better shape, but the blankets had burn holes in them. They were still cleaning rooms and setting them up at 5 or 6 in the evening, by 2 they should have been done.
There was a sink leak in my room, but no one seem to mind it,they never contacted anyone to fix. There was some old mold around the bathtub and no stopper for the tub.
