Overall my experience was good, all the basics were excellent; very clean room, comfortable bed and furniture, friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was decent but lacked choices. I would rather pay less for the room and buy a breakfast that was made to order. Another down side was lack of free internet access in the room. There was wifi in the room but for a fee. In order to access free wifi you have to go down to the lobby or business center. Very inconvenient. TV was not user-friendly and nearly anything worth watching was PPV
To sum up I would say the hotel is better than average but the value received for the price paid is just not up to standards.

check in was very easy and friendly. Good suggestions for eating & drinking. went to Bonefish for diner and Irish pub for drinks after. Both very nice.

My wife and I take weekend trips to Columbus twice a year, usually someplace to the north, each time at a different hotel. The Red Roof was very nice for this price range, and much better than many Red Roofs we have driven by or stayed at over the years. Very friendly staff, with the check-in and check-out process done in 3 minutes or less. All was quiet. Bed very comfortable. Would have liked a wider selection of TV channels-I don't need 5 different channels dedicated to sports. Had room safe, microwave and mini-fridge which all worked fine. Only 2 drawbacks at all were that the place had no elevators, which made it quite rough with my wife who uses a walker or wheel chair most of the time, and the fan/air conditioner which was quite outdated, but seemed to work fairly well.

This hotel was a great stay for a great price. It is a block away from Tuttle Crossing mall, and many restaurants. Very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Free internet and a flat panel TV, I will definitely be staying here again!

my family was in Dublin to celebrate an early Christmas. We have 3 grand kids so we wanted an indoor pool and a location central to my son's home and shopping. The hotel is right off the highway and close to all primary shopping (Easton 20 min...Tuttle 5 min...Polaris 15 min) There were many great restaurants by the malls so there was something for everyone.
The hotel doesn't look updated from the outside, but the inside was updated and the rooms immaculate. The staff was very helpful in getting us a crib and did not charge us. The pool was clean and best of all...the area was warm. Highly recommended.

I was in town for the Arnold Sports Festival. The hotel was easy to get to and within 20 minutes of downtown. There are many restaurants, Walmart, and a wonderful mall within a mile of the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. The swimming pool and hot tub are awesome. The breakfast provided was above average. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars were really picky reasons- the cardio equipment is minimal and the TV did not function on one of the treadmills and the internet in the business center was very slow and one of the computers did not work.

We were in town for an Irish dance competition and chose the Extended Stay. They were very nice and accomadating. They checked on us to make sure the room was okay and if we needed anything else to make our stay more comfortable.

We ordered the deluxe queen room but due to a mess up we were given a studio queen. This was not good because we were planning on using the couch bed for a guest one night. The room was also slightly musty but seemed clean enough. We liked having a full kitchen in the room but only made use of the refrigerator. We were disappointed to find that the pool was no longer usable.

Stayed here while visiting family in Columbus, Ohio. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It is a little hard to find (the sign is not easily seen from the road until you are at the light where you need to make the turn). However, it is in a quiet location and although close to the main road, is secluded. Near alot of eateries and within walking distance to Bob Evans which is convenient for breakfast! Front desk staff was very hospitable and eager to help in any way. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful, clean, and quiet, just hard to find, signage small (probably due to local restrictions) and too many trees in the way. My TomTom had a difficult time with some of the local intersections in the area. I also pre-paid using Orbitz and then bought an in-room bottle of water and they charged my card for the entire room again, a $95 bottle of water! Still waiting for my refund! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great weekend - wonderful staff

The staff was wonderful. The shuttle service to the Irish Festival was a great addition. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and uneventful. The room was very comfortable.
The only disappointment was the breakfast. I understand that it was a large crowd but the food quality was poor, ran out of items, the waffles were the only saving part of the breakfast. The kitchen staff were trying hard but it fell short compared to other Residence Inns I have stayed at.
Overall our stay was great. I will be back.

Nice getaway hotel

We came to Columbus for a weekend away, the hotel was out of the way, but close to everything. The rooms were great, very clean. The hotel was quiet except for the sirens at 5:30 in the morning on the highway, I know they couldn't do anything about that. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice.

This hotel is very close to the Columbus Zoo, and easily accessible. However, it was dirty, and had ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The hot complimentary breakfast was appreciated.
