I was somewhat disappointed with my stay. Only because the hotel was a little more run down than it looks in the advertisement. Further, there were holes in the wall that no one had even made an attempt to fix. When I first opened the door, there was the overwhelming smell of pachouli or some other incense. However, based on the price I paid, I guess I can't complain too much. Other than to say that I had family members stay at the Comfort Inn across the street and they paid a similar price for rooms that didn't stink, didn't have holes in the wall and where you could adjust the heat to a setting that didn't have you sweating all night.
The staff was wonderful, and there's not much you can blame them for in regards to the room.

The place was clean and smelled nice. Very Small Office with not much on morning amenities but I don't eat at hotels anyway so it didn't matter. Was located near many stores and restaurants. It met my needs for the weekend trip.

My 2 friends and I stayed here for 1 night on Dec. 9, 2011. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! Loved the pancake maker! Everything was very fresh and tasty! I would definitely stay here again!

I was taken about how clean the room really was. Everything was neat. Everything in the room worked correctly. The one thing that we had a problem with was that the Wifi kept going down. I told my husband that if we didn't have to rush back home, I would have stayed another night just to relax. I will stay there again when we travel to Marion.

Very nice accommodations, but, it would be nice to have an idea where to look for dining possibilities. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay for the most part.

We swam in indoor pool but the water was clody and full of hair.
Room was good and hotel is in nice area for shopping and close to highway.
The Hotel was changing hands and staff was over whelmed. The hotel needs a make-over.

We ate dinner, swam, and had a relaxing night. The rooms were small and so was the bathroom. The pool was well kept and a nice size. The breakfast was more than we expected... they have make-your-own waffles!

Great location, everything you'll need

Short stay to visit family in Ohio. Good location, chose because hotel was near family,also near many businesses, stores, etc. Room was very nice, clean and restocked well each day. Price was reasonable. Traveling with my mother-in-law,I inadvertantly booked on the 2nd floor of hotel, which we did'nt realize until we got there. Help with a heavy suitcase up to the 2nd level would have been nice. We were surprised there was'nt any. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel was not bad for the price, but for a few dollars more, there were much nicer options right next door. The place seemed mostly vacant, yet they put another guest right next to us who let his door slam at least 30 times at about 5am. The pictures make it look much nicer than in person. Good location, plenty of places to eat nearby.

Its a short ride south of the city, and surrounded by places to eat. Price was ok, room was clean. No bedbugs!! Staff was accomodating and polite. Would definately stay here again.

The smoking and non-smoking rooms are scattered around the hotel. So, everything smells like smoke. I had to wash my clean clothes once I got home to get the smell out. Disgusting.

Not great, not totally lousy. Girl at the desk when we checked in had the personality and friendliness of a squash. The location of the motel is ideal, very close to I-71. Room was average; noisy bathroom exhaust fan and stained carpeting in the room. Overall not terrible considering the fairly inexpensive cost.

When I need a motel, it is simply for sleeping and a shower; I do not use the "extras". My room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed; there were several restaurants in the area. All this for a very reasonable price including an AARP discount. I will plan to use this motel again.

The place to stay is across the street at Comfort Inn! Travelodge will never get my money again. The room was NOT clean, the bathtub was covered in scum, the beds are as comfortable as sleeping on a rock, the walls are so thin I was up all night listening to the next rooms midnight encounter...if you know what I mean. And when we got home and unpacked our bag we dicovered a stow-away...a cockroach!

My family and friends were looking for an affordable place to crash for one night. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Lots of shopping and places to eat. Our plan was to travel to the outlet mall in the morning and this was just 30 minutes away. The hotels in the area of the outlet mall were $20 more a night. We saved money and had a very good time.

There was alot of local traffic in the parking lot. At one time, I blocked the door with furniture, because you can never be to safe!

The place was old but undergoing renovation. The water system needs some work as the shower would change temperature every time someone flushed a toilet. The typical clientele gave cause for concern as they camped the parking lot. The room was clean and quiet though.

mattress covers had cigarette burns in it to point that the material was crusty. room was clean breakfast was muffins or nasty bagels. coffee was blahh, but for the cost of the room cannot really complain

I had asked for a refrigerator and was initially charged for such and when I got to room there was no refrigerator. Got moved to 2nd room and -no refrigerator, Finally moved to 3rd room after checking in almost 11/2hrs previously to a room with a refrigerator. I had to ask for extra toilet paper.

Check in was fast and simple. When I opened the door, I noticed the smell of smoke. I ordered a non-smoking room. Opened soap was in the shower and a receipt was on the desk. I guess the previous guest stayed late and forgot it. I went to the desk and asked for a non smoking room, but they had none available. It's a budget hotel, nothing fancy, great location.

My boyfriend and I stayed here just to relax and get away for New Years. It was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and the extras are great. Snacks, drinks, breakfast all included and we were even able to take our dog. We will definitely be staying again!

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. I like the location, room cleanliness and so on. I stayed on the 3rd floor and when it came time to take a shower, there was almost no water pressure. The water never really got hot either. I did inform the front desk and the person did say she would tell the maintenance person. The next morning the same thing if not worse. The other problem I had was my HBO was scrambled. I mostly watched the games when I was in the room so it didn't matter. I did mention it to the desk at checkout.

I booked with the Wilmington Inn to save a little cash - it's over $30 cheaper than a chain hotel. After two minutes in the bed I wished I had splurged and gone to another hotel.
The mattress was beyond firm and was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows were very flat and gave little support. It was only slightly better than sleeping on the floor.

Although I had requested a non-smoking room, this sure did NOT smell like one. Was unable to get another room. 2nd night Ihad to complain twice as a dog barked for 2 hours across the hall from me. Will probably return to the Columbus Extended Stay next time I'm in town and give the Dublin ES a wide berth.

Overall the stay was a very good value. Two quirks: First our room did not seem to have a remote, which I'm sure was just a coincidence and had no impact as we spent approximately two waking hours in the room. Second the hotel charged my card instead of the site we booked through for the stay, so I was double charged. However, this was resolved easily with a phone call.

my family was in Dublin to celebrate an early Christmas. We have 3 grand kids so we wanted an indoor pool and a location central to my son's home and shopping. The hotel is right off the highway and close to all primary shopping (Easton 20 min...Tuttle 5 min...Polaris 15 min) There were many great restaurants by the malls so there was something for everyone.
The hotel doesn't look updated from the outside, but the inside was updated and the rooms immaculate. The staff was very helpful in getting us a crib and did not charge us. The pool was clean and best of all...the area was warm. Highly recommended.
