Disappointingly Dirty

The room was extremely dirty -- empty soda can in the corner on the floor along with other detritus. The room keys suddenly stopped working and it took three tries to get new keys that worked. One desk clerk told us the continental breakfast was complimentary, and another told us there was a charge. Overall a poor experience. We will not stay there again.

The beds were very comfy, the towels were actually towels - white and fluffy! The cleaning stafff was very helpful :) Very happy and will stay there again! The only problem was that we reserved a room with a king size bed, but had to take a room with double beds :( My fiance is over 6 feet tall and 260 pounds - I reserved a king size bed for a reason. The hotel told me that it was listed as a double bed room through [...]. I had my reservation sheet for confirmation, but I still got stuck with the 2 double bed room. Never received anything for my inconvenience either.

We stayed here during our family vacation to KingsIsland for the weekend.. The Hotel was very clean and affordable.Also the location is 10-12 miles from kings island and there is a Cracker Barrel & Subway across the street. Our stay was nice but not what we expected due to the misleading website..The website shows/ showed rooms with microwaves and refrigerators, but the hotel does not have them in any room. The bed slept well but they are smaller than a FULL size bed.Not trying to complain about the rooms just wanting to make ppl aware, so they are not surprised... The pool was nice and we enjoyed it greatly.....

Well lets see. The rooms and beds are comfortable. I stayed in a non smoker king size bed. There are a few things that need to be changed.The down side.1. [...] I had to pay extra to use the pool.Then you get charged for using a locker2. There is no safe in the room. 3 . There is no fridge in the room either.4. We decided to stay an extra day in cincy due to a medical issue.[...]The upside.1.The staff was awesome. Hard working eager to please.2.The room was very clean just like the hotel.3.Food was good and great selection.4.For what you get the hotel was amazing.

We were in town for business from Los Angeles. We were a little worried about the hotel at first glance, as it was dark and under construction. The building seems to be very old. Luckily, the rooms had just been renovated, so it was fairly clean and somewhat updated. It looked like they had put drwyall over the old walls and made it look new. We booked the suite, which was basically a room with a king bed and a room with 2 twins (Who puts twins in rooms now a days??...I guess the small size of the room does not allow two queens) Our room did not have central air and heat, so it's a noisy wall unit. The windows are also pretty thin and there is a lot of noise from traffic and a train that seems to run through every 15 minutes or so. Shower and bath area was clean, but also very small. Booking a suite, we though we might also get a desk with a chair, but that was not available either. Oh and by the way, if the hotel clerk recommends the Italian Restauarant across the street named Vincenzos....DON"T GO! Now that was horrible.

Good value for the money. We had thought there was a kitchen in the suite, but it was just a microwave and tiny fridge. The bed was comfy and there was a nice living room at the front of the suite. We would stay again.

My friends and I arrived at 9 pm. The two men that were at the front desk when we checked in were very nice. Check in was fast and straight to the point. The hotel room was another story. The hotel room wasn't bad looking but there was no hot water (only luke warm)and the heater went out at one point. We asked for more towels and wash clothes but never recieved them. We weren't impressed with the complimentary breakfast either. As I stated before this hotel is good for a short stay.

Made a reservation through [...]. Called hotel to make sure I could check in late. The employee stated that that would not be a problem. Arrived at 11 pm to find that the hotel had no rooms. Disgusted.

The hotel was very clean and quiet for the price.
Was not made aware that a room deposit was required when booking this room. This caused a hardship since I was not prepared for the extra cash needed. To get the depoist back 24hr notice that I was checking out. Since I reserved the room from 8/26-9/1 it goes without saying I would be leaving on 9/1. Why the extra step for return of my deposit. I am waiting to see if a credit is applied to my credit card for the deposit. I jump through no ones hoops. If not, both Orbitz, and value place will lose any future business from me.
