We only stayed at this hotel for one night. The bedding was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the receptionist was very nice, so it worked. The downsides - The decor felt dated and weak for a hotel that was rated so highly. The carpet in the room had big stains and there was a strange smell in one of the rooms.

The full hot breakfast was excellent. Not only did it save us money going out to eat for breakfast but it saves loads of time that can be devoted to your activities away from the hotel or resturants.

It was a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Our view was outstanding!!! Only thing I wish the room had a small frig. Everything else was great, would recommend it highly. Rochester was a nice city to visit.

NOW THE DOWN SIDE WAS THAT I BOOKED THRU "ORBITZ" AND MISSED OUT ON AN AAA DISCOUNT WHICH WAS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR. THE UP SIDE IS THERE WILL BE NO SECOND TIME. BYE BYE ORBITS.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel.
Parking was great, close to other small shops, and was in a quiet area.

Outstanding Chinese resturaunt couple miles north on the left. Easy access to extensive shopping mall(s) with everything from walmart to big name high end stores (macy's) also couple miles north.

at first I thought the prx for a night is expensive but it's only 15 minute drive away from the airport. it's located inside of loop of Rochester and theater district and meuseums are within a short walk distance. The hotel staff are friendly and the food was great. the hotel room is clean and spacious. it's very pleasant to stay. there is a hall on the 2nd floor and it's good to have a big family party, wedding reception etc.

The hotel is very close to the university. Recentlly renovated. All the people are very polite and friendly. There is one washer and one dryer, but they were always available. there are also a small pool and asmall gym. The rooms are big enough and there is wireless internet.
When I wanted to print something (like boarding passes), it was for free.

The hotel was in a convenient location, in walking distance to 3 great restaurants, across the street from Monroe Community College. The hotel as centrally located near shopping areas in an upscale neighborhood. The downside was the pool was invaded by a dozen preteen boys on a field trip. Consequently, I was not able to enjoy the jazzuci the way I had invisioned and given the price I paid ($150 per night) I expected to be free of this kind of chaos.

My goal was to be close to RIT, so this was really the best option. The hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. I'm not a huge fan of the sleep number beds, but they were good enough for a couple nights.

We spent only one night & were very satisfied. The beds were so comfortable - we felt like we were sleeping on clouds! Delicious continental breakfast. Pool was a little small - but our girls enjoyed it thoroughly. Very clean, pleasant service & although it's located at the airport - I only remember hearing 2 planes! I would stay here again!

Super location for Rochester Airport. You can literally walk into the terminal. The rooms were surprising well decorated and clean. Towels were pretty skimpy & thin, and our room had some sort of plumbing issue where the sink drained terribly slow and gurgled often. What was really odd was that both desk clerks at check in & check out had their complete demeanor change when they saw I booked through Orbitz. "Oh, you used Orbitz..." . Not sure what that was about, but when both of them did it, it was rather odd...

This is a perfectly acceptable alternative to chain hotels. The room was small, but clean, however there was a distinct antiseptic odor. "Continental breakfast" consisted of Cheerios, Raisin Bran, and Fruit Loops, and tiny packaged muffins, plus coffee and Sunny D. All accessed by a tiny space with room for one person, and we had to go back to our room to eat.
