We had a good time at this hotel. We stayed in our room most of the time while we were there and did not wander about the hotel much. The concierge directed us to Ray's for some good pizza. The room was clean, decently-sized and only a bit outdated.

Super Cool rooftop lounge. Awesome saltwater tank in the lobby. Quiet room, dreamy sleep. Slept in each morning because it was so cozy. Breakfast room service bill for two was $43 which I thought was pretty reasonable considering it was NYC and what some of the other chains charge for the same in different cities.
Lobby staff was a little scarce at times. Front desk man had us standing at the front desk for a few minutes before he confirmed he would help us checkin in, but other than that things were fine. Over night parking is $45 with NO in/out privileges that was a little frustrating, but it is NyC

Hotel is in great location to everything. Room was very clean, and hotel has been updated since my stay here many years ago. The bar is very nice too. Got back late at night around 11:45pm and the kitchen was still open and ordered sliders which weren't great for $17.00 but hit the spot late at night.If I had to complain about something it would be the bathroom it was a little tight regarding the sink area when you washed your face water went all over because the sink was about 12 inches wide if that. That's really my only complaint . Otherwise I would definetly go back to this hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here as a straight couple and had a fantastic time. The hotel is clean, stylish, roomy, and sexy. The staff was great, courteous, polite, outgoing, and anxious to help. They even got us a "quiet room" when I mentioned how picky I am about night noise. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on ANYWHERE. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel, and a bagel and coffee place right across the street. The subway is just a few blocks up the street and there's plenty to do and see within walking distance. GREAT CHOICE. I'd definitely go again.

We had a very nice vacation at this hotel even the weather was very cold and stormy. Our only negative though is that hotel is asking a lot extra fees for arranging the ride to the airport. This service was complementary in 4 star hotel in Zurich(Switzerland)...We paid almost the half price on our own to a cab in front of the hotel. Well, maybe this was because of the year-end week...

This hotel is only a couple blocks from Times Square, central bus stop and Subway. Incase you are driving then the hotel also has Free parking. The rooms were spacious and clean. The price was also reasonable compared to other hotels.

The location on the south end of the park was fantastic. We had a room overlooking the park which was even better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was large for NYC and was clean.

Room was perfect size. Hard to find in NYC. Common areas were gorgeous. Room needs to be remodeled but the view of Central Park more than made up for it. When booking it said it was a newly remodeled room which it wasn't and that it included continental breakfast which we didn't get. Other than that I can't complain.

We loved the view from our room and the proximity of this hotel. They were very friendly, but the prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit pricey, but that is not unusual for Manhattan. We were close to Times Square and all of the best shopping.

From the moment I arrived, until the moment I checked out, the service was awesome. My room was always clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was about in the middle of everything. Close to Central park and not too far from Time square. The standard room size was perfect for a single person, being that majority of my vacation was spent exploring the city. The ambiance/atmoshphere was unique. It had a modern style that was warm and elegant. Free wi-fi was also a plus! I had a great experience and would do it all over again.

Hotel Great .. Location not close to subways

The HOTEL looks amazing .. very chic, elegant. The room was incredible. It was just a walk .. from the nearest subway -- but the plus is that you get a feel for how locals live (Near Hells Kitchen area with many great spots to eat). They have a Michelin restaurant on site (didn't get to eat there though). Nice lounge upstairs (saw people hanging there but i didn't get to make it).
The honking of the cars at night was annoying though ..
Staff was great EXCEPT when I was waiting to pick up my bags from the concierge.. I had to wait 15 minutes -- they were not organized and I was rushed for the airport. Then they told me to take a cab or I'd never make it. I had it timed perfect(my flight was 2 hours ) but after their 15 minute delay I was too frustrated and had them call me a cab. The front desk lady seemed irritated I even questioned getting a cab.

Auf einer Städte-Reise für 5 Tage gastierten wir im Bryant Park Hotel. Die Lage ist gut, sind doch die U-Bahn und auch Bus-Stationen gut zur Fuss erreichbar, ebenso der Times-Square für einen Spaziergang. Wir haben die Thanksgiving-Woche gewählt, da diese bei der Buchung die günstigste Zeit war. Für die Macy’s Thanksgiving-Parade war es super, da man direkt in der Querstrasse wohnt und so nah ran kommt, was sonst nicht der Fall ist!
Leider, wie so oft in den USA, war das Frühstück nicht inklusive. Das Frühstück im hauseigenen Koi-Restaurant ist übertrieben teuer und nicht so überragend. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zwar Möglichkeiten, etwas zu Essen, aber nicht so frühstücksmässig.
Das Hotel war sauber, die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bar im Keller ist schön, auch wenn die Musik für uns eher etwas zu laut war.
Wir hatten nur ein „kleines“ Zimmer gebucht, welches wir auch erhielten. Es war nach hinten gerichtet und somit aber auch eher ruhig. Aufgrund der Lage, Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis und Sauberkeit können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly. The hotel location is very convenient for walking to most all attractions and very close to subway system. The setup for the continental breakfast could be arranged better to keep you from waiting in line if you are in a hurry.

Magnifique hôtel, trés propre super et idéal pour les couples. L'hôtel situé à 5 min de Times Square, proche de central park, et du rockfeller center, métro... L'équipe est vraiment à votre service et vous aide sans hésiter un instant!
Le petit déjeuner est sympa dans la salle à manger commune, avec peu de monde.On peut se préparer un café, thé ou chocolat avec une viennoiserie.

the hotel was very nice no major complaints , but they really have to work on the door men .. I have had better greetings at a homeless shelter. I paid a lot of money to be ignored. other than that front desk staff very nice room clean and comfortable with that W style . overall the place to be.

Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. Good for business travel. I had a problem with the internet and a hotel staff person came up twice to help me log on. The only criticism I will share is that the breakfasts are nothing to write home about. Overpriced and quality just fair (in a city with great bakeries, why in the world would you serve limp store bought bread?)
But overall a good stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better location - 3 minute walk from Central Park, Fifth Avenue and Columbus Circle (with shopping centre), 8 minute walk from Times Square, this hotel may not be 5 star luxury but it's perfectly comfortable (2 large beds in a twin room) and clean enough for a short break. We also recommend the diner directly beneath the hotel which was always packed - that has to say something! Definitely recommended.
