This motel was a great deal for us, as chain motels go. The room was always cleaned well each day, and both looked and smelled clean when we would return in the evening. Complimentary breakfast area was a nice touch. It was quiet each evening, even though it seemed pretty crowded, so sleeping was easier.

Very Nice Reasonably priced

As most realize you do not know what to really expect until you get there. I had read other reviews and expected reasonable quality. We were very much surprised and impressed. Large rooms, clean, nice continental breakfast and close to downtown. I would stay there again anytime I am in that area.

It was very nice in the room. The staff was very helpful with directions.
Two things were a little below average. The shower in room 124 was very loud. It kind of "whistled" when turned on.
Also, we ended up having to pay an extra day car rental because the shuttle didn't run until 6:00 AM. Our flight was at 6:00 AM so we had to rent our vehicle an extra day. We thought when we booked the motel, we would be able to return the car earlier and just take the shuttle back in Sunday morning. It didn't work that way. There are flights that leave that early.

Past reviews were good, so, as we were on a budget we went for it. Staff not real friendly, housekeepers stood at front desk (all the time) which shared the very small brkfst room/lobby. Cost went up as it was family weekend at the University. Needs updating and my bath smelled. Rooms basically clean--but very small, no bed bugs. Happy to have a refrig and microwave, ample parking and short ride to kids at Syracuse University. Brkfst was cereal, rolls, muffins, toast and coffee. Denny's down the street. Free USA Today each weekday morning.
Probably would search further next trip.
