For the amount of money paid, this wasn't the greatest place to stay. Wifi would never stay connected more than a couple minutes. Service was mediocre. Location was spectacular though. Altogether I gave it 3 stars because it wasn't anything more than average. I could've stayed at a cheap motel and had been just as satisfied.

The Quality Inn Glens Falls is a 100 percent non smoking hotel that offers Free Hot Breakfast, You will enjoy our hot waffles, eggs, meat, yogurt, fresh fruit, choice of cereal, pastry and more. free high speed internet access, indoor heated pool and an internet/email station in the lobby. The hotel is within walking distance to a 50 store mall with many restaurants and within a few minute drive to Lake George and Six Flags Great Escape. Pet fee 30.00 usd per pet per room per night 2 per room. Guest must sign a liability form at check-in. Hotel is 100 percent smoke free, there will be a 150.00 cleaning fee if guests smoke in a room. Guest must be 21 years old to rent a room and a valid credit card and photo ID required for check in. Room Safe 1.50 per night. Hotel reserves the right to charge for early departure.

This was a good hotel for the value. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, wifi was on and off unfortunately. Friendly staff.

The Econo Lodge & Suites is the place you can spend the night and not a fortune. Our hotel offers a complimentary contl breakfast each morning and has an internet/email station in the lobby. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is walking distance to over a 50 store mall with many restaurants and is a few minute drive to Lake George and Six Flags Great Escape. The hotel is also a short drive to Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga Racino and Gore and West Mountain Ski Areas. Local Phone Charge: .35/call. Pet fee 25.00 USD per pet, per night, limit 2 per room. Guest must sign a liability form at check-in. There will be a 150.00 cleaning fee if guests smoke in a non-smoking room. One adult 21 or older in each room. Must have valid credit card and ID at check in. Room Safe 1.50 per night. Hotel reserves the right to charge for early departure.

Good, not Amazing or anything

I spent two nights at the Econo Lodge and have been pleased both times. It's not an amazing, four star hotel, but the bed was good and the room was clean. It's a little more than I'd like to pay, but it is in a popular vacation spot, so it's still much better in price than many other hotels in the area.

I found it very inconvenient to arrive at the advertised Econo Lodge in Glens Falls, NY and being told I had to continue to the next highway exit and town and stay at the Rodeway Inn in Queensbury, NY. My wife and I had made plans for locations close to the Econo Lodge and had to abandon them when we were notified we couldn't stay there. I wasn't even offered the option of a refund and deciding for myself if I wanted to stay elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

This stay was the worst we have ever had in any of the hotels/motels we have stayed in in our lifetime. We were supposed to have a queen sized bed with "coffee pot" in our room and breakfast (we had black coffee in the motel office - if you can call it that) and that was it. We had a less than double bed. The bathroom was dirty. We we asked for a receipt on checking out they didn't want to give us one. They had (1) guess on the receipt instead of two - it was a horrible place.

My experince was lousy at best. No record of my reservation. Room clean but I could see through the very small towels. No bath mat, no shelf in the shower for soap etc. No secondary lock on the inside of the door. New moulding so somebody ripped it off. Pool supposed to be open until 10 PM, locked at 8:30. Would help is the front desk staff could speak ENGLISH!!!
