I stayed in east tower thanks to the free upgrade from deluxe to premier room

a) East tower rooms were spacious
b) Rooms were clean
c) East tower view was good
Cons
a) Checkout takes a long time. TV remote checkout, extension calling option doesnt work.
b) Breakfast wasnt included

Very Nice rooms! lost some appeal when we arrived to discover the hotel charges an additional $5 per night fee on top of what we paid to book. Train horns in the middle of the night close proximity. Room service threw away a bag that contained my wifes travel bag, including perfume bottle. We are currently being helped with the recovery of that and feel like we are being treated fair so far.

clean comfortable room, great desk staff. Try and get a room overlooking the Marina. Very quiet. Hallway smells funky, but room did not. Shower nozzle could be higher, but water pressure was great.
Great place if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep and spend your days away from the room. Close to several good places to eat. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

When it comes to price I guess it was resonable since all the other large chains were booked for the rib cook off.It was conveniently located to where we wanted to go (rib cook off). You can tell they spruced up the place, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean execpt a little stinky since we got stuck in a smoking room, not by our choice. The breakfast was horrible come to think of it. The wait staff really made you wait. The breakfast was all the same stuff, just presented in different ways. All in all we had a good time, kids enjoyed the pool.

We needed to place to rest and stay. Most of the time was out and about. The free breakfast could have been better. But definately will stay here again!

Your allowance of animals near a casino that does not allow animals was a pain in the rear. How can people leave their dogs unattended in their rooms, barking, while they are gambling?

We attend my nephew's wrestling match and also visited the casino.
The hotel was okay. We expected more. Courtyard gave the impression of a more fancy hotel. The first room that was assigned there were sharp edges on the napkin holder in the bathroom that could possibly cause an injury and nicks in the linoleum/tile on the bathroom floor that made it look dirty. The entry door did not appear secure with significant space between the door and door jamb. We were move to a different room and it wasn't much better.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly

When we checked in everything was as expected. It wasn't until 12:00 a.m. when things got uncomfortable...there next to our window was first a garbage truck picking up garbage from the Nugget Hotel next door and shortly thereafter, a delivery truck was making a delivery to Nugget hotel next store. Both trucks were very noisy and annoying. Also, the room was part of an adjointing room with the room next to us. We are non smokers, but unfortunately, the people from the next room were smokers. The cigarette odor was so strong in our room, it was so sickening. The next night, again the cigarette smell was so strong in our room and again was so sickening. We checked out one hour earlier than check out time, because we could not longer tolerate the strong cigarette smell. You should make a floor for non smokers. Also, upon checkout, there was people smoking directly outside the hotel and the kids and I covered our noses until we got to the car. Boy, we were glad to be out of there.

Stayed here for the Hot August Nights event in Sparks/Reno NV. Location was convenient to downtown Sparks. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Rate was very reasonable, especially considering that many hotels were full due to the event.
