While the rooms were not as posh as expected(though the bed was heavenly!), the service of every single person was outstanding and we will always return to a Four Seasons based on this premises. Any request was taken as normal. You never felt uncomfortable requesting something extra or off the menu. Room service was happy to service as we were at dinner at 9pm. Truly above and beyond. They have given the Ritz's a run for their money.

1. The Drive: getting there was easy. Got off the freeway and less than 2 minutes later, I was in the Courtyard parking lot.
2. The Room: After a short time at the Registration desk, I was in my room in no time flat. Comfortable, nicely air-conditioned, and coffee at the ready.
3. The casinos: Fantastic experience. If you want to avoid Las Vegas Blvd. and all the bumper to bumper traffic, I highly recommend going to the Courtyard Marriot. I drove out the "back road" and was in the Mandalay Bay self parking lot in 5 minutes. I DIDN'T SEE THE STRIP AT ALL. I did the same thing to get to downtown, to The Rio, to The Orleans......you get the picture.
The Stay: A nice bar and restaurant on the premises. Comes in real handy if you want to avoid long lines or loud machines.
The Overall: Best time I've had in Vegas EVER. Of course the fact that I won some money didn't hurt either. Still, check-out was quicker than the check-in and the staff was in a word, FANTASTIC! ***** - 5 BIG STARS

When it comes to hotels I can always find something to complain about or be dissatisfied with. However, Palazzo has earned my business for the foreseeable future. This is my second stay and I'm going back in January. The staff, from taxi attendant to check-in/out desk, to house keeping to security, to dealers, etc are trained extremely well and are very courteous and attentive.

Our choice turned out perfect. The Signature was close to action but when we returned to our room it was pure luxury. We wanted more than just a bed to sleep in. A nice Jacuzzi was used several times, relaxing after walking so much. We made use of the kitchen and dining table. What a view from the 29th floor. The bed was so comfortable and the hallways were quiet. We are non smokers so we appreciated the non smoking environment. We will stay here again.

I was impressed with Trump the minute we drove up. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Our stay wasn't perfect as we had a maintenance issue in our room that was never really resolved, but staff and management went out of their way to make us happy and get the issues resolved. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice non-gaming place to stay with a good location right across the street from the Fashion Show Mall.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star on location is that it's a little north of the center of the strip and a small hike to get there. Trump does provide shuttles all day to the Wynn and shops at Ceasar's, but we never used them.
We also had a slight room issue with cleanliness that prevents me from giving a 5 star. But everyone was very helpful and expedient in resolving the issue.

The standard room which we booked was excellent , it was almost like a suite. Very courteous staff, great location. From the hotel location we were able to walk to many other hotels and shows . Many great restaurants at the hotel and for budget conscious there is a food court,( great for families).

The suite was exquisite. Comfort everywhere. Loved the whirlpool tub and huge shower. Bed was very comfy. Room service portions were quite large but rather slow and very expensive. Staff was cordial, polite and very professional. Hotel was beautiful. The downsides were the cost of food, no matter where you ate. Example: from the food court - two cheeseburgers and two Sodas = $37. Outrageous! Finally, we were in a high-priced suite but there was no coffee maker in the suite. Yoy had to either get dressed and go downstairs and pay $6 for a cup of coffee or order room service which took up to 45 minutes and was $20 for a pot of coffee. Beautiful place, great staff but TAKE MONEY!!!

One of the best hotel I have ever stay in US. The room is perfect and the service is considerate in every details. You almost do not need to bring any accessories. Tooth brushes, robes, slippers, weight scale, even a shaver! Very spacious, very comfort bed,
and more. The only bad thing is that one night our neighbor keep partying in their own room (I guess 10 people or so) for hours. Called front desk. Did not happen the next day. Overall this was a wonderful experience!

Tried and True - We Keep Going Back
-
Vegas Veteran
- Oct 13, 2012
My wife and I have stayed here five times and the reasons are value and comfort. The complimentary breakfast & starbucks coffee all day + the full kitchen and 1 bedroom suite means that after a late night out we can sleep in without scrambling to find a breakfast restaurant. Value this places really delivers as we make a habit of doing a small grocery stop and get snacks, extra breakfast supplies, lunch foods and drinks - meaning we eat well all day inexpensively and then splurge on nice dinners out. The location is solid, being a 5 minute walk to MGM and the monorail, the pool is sufficient, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Its also nice to not have a casino where you stay (since you'll be seeing plenty as is) and the rooms and buildings are very nice and in great condition. There's a reason its rated so high!

The hotel seemed a bit far from the strip, but that was fine since I don't gamble and I was visiting my family in Summerlin (which is right next door!). I liked the simplicity of the service and the fact that they don't fuss over you. The rooms were very clean, the bed was amazing, the service was very fast and easy -- the pool looked nice and the fitness center was good.
On the flip side, the food quality (for free breakfast) was just fair and for some reason they use really cheap towels in the bathroom.
I'd stay here again.

Awesome Christmas Getway

Nerdy Chemist
- Dec 28, 2012
When my girlfriend and I were booking our hotel for the Vegas trip, we had three choices in mind: Aria, Bellagio and Wynn. We selected Aria because we got a very good deal. It turned out to be a huge success. Aria is located at the center of the strip, so all the major attraction places are all within walking distance. Hotel staff were super friendly. The room was spacious and modern, and we loved the bathroom so much. As for restaurants, we had a very good experience at Sage and the Lemon Grass, but were really disappointed by the tapas place. As a person from Chicago, I can think of four or five different tapas places that offer much better food at one third of the price.

Aria is Amazing

This was my first time staying at Aria. The hotel is beautiful. The room was really nice.
However, I do NOT understand why a hotel that is this absolutely incredible would allow smoking?? It is disgusting. I have a high tolerance for pain and environments and i was sick and coughing most of my stay. if nothing else, what about the employees that work in this environment daily??
Aria would be as close to perfect as possible if there was no smoking inside.

Good Stay

- Dec 27, 2012
The best thing about this place is the location, right next to Bellagio, under 5 min walk through contected walkway. No smoking, quiet.
The bad: valet parking only (good and fast service, but would like the other option available as well), no room service (didn't receive room service on day one, realize unless you request one, you are not getting one). And other small things like no enough towels and lack of water pressure.

Booked Vdara for a great price during my stay Dec. 23 - 25. Staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. We had a really bad experience at a restaurant in Aria that is associated with Vdara because they are all MGM properties and when we went to complain, the front desk associate Kyle corrected the situation by comping us for the meal and also waiving our resort fees. One downside was that housekeeping took a while to get us extra sheets and blankets for the sofa sleeper, and another group in our party never got their extra bedding because the hotel ran out. Overall, stay was comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were nice, and staff really went above and beyond. We really liked the location and not having a casino in the building. We would go back and stay again.

Gym was nice but the additional charge to use it (unless you wanted ONLY cardiovascular exercise) is not something that I expect frrom a hotel of this calibur. One drain in the larger bathroom did not functiona well. The television in the living area did not work at all. That said, the layout was beautiful and roomy.

Plus Bluegreen guests can enjoy the peace and privacy of a 1- or 2-bedroom suite with many of the conveniences of home and elegant Parisian Art Deco decor.

My family and I traveled to Las Vegas in July, 2012 and had the pleasure of staying at BlueGreen Club 36. Our 1 bedroom was spacious and clean. My girls loved it! The staff was friendly and accomodating. Location was good, right off the strip, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Resort isn't too far away from strip but too far to walk, took the shuttle that is provided up until 8pm on the weekends and then took a $10 taxi ride back. Room was perfect, it was like a little apartment and had two showers which was a plus. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be booking here again for my next Vegas trip.

The room was very nice & clean. However the bed was a little too soft. Should also have a coffee maker in the room or at least have starbucks available in mini bar. Why not, it had everything else. Not everyone wants to stand in Starbucks line in Lobby.
Other then this, the hotel & rooms are Very nice & would recommend to family & friends. Thank You.

We know its far away from the srip when we booked the room. But...... It's really far, and they only have shuttle to the strip or airport every two hours and the last shuttle is at 10pm, in Las Vegas, really? The couple downsides are minor: They don't have a coffee station in the morning? The whole experience is good!

We had a wonderful experience with the hotel/resort.
The swimming pools were clean and well maintained. Loved the waterfall. The staff was friendly and helped us with all our needs. Our freezer had problems with the ice maker and within minutes of calling the front desk we had a maintenance man (with a bag of ice) at our door. Everything in the hotel was just perfect. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Only downfall was the location. Wished we were closer to the strip. But for the comfort, service and price we couldn't have asked for more. We would stay again!

Only a few criticisms: The room could have been dusted a little better and vacuumed. The other being the shower curtain. It wasn't wide enough so therefore the water was coming out the back of the shower and getting all over the floor.

I've stayed in most of the large resorts on the Strip and was surprised that this Holiday Inn was much better than many of them. Clean rooms in good condition. Desk staff was polite and helpful. They served a complimentary breakfast the next day-- a real breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, the works, and not some cartons of juice and a box of bagels. It's not on the Strip. It's on the NW side of I-15. Very close to the Strip but away from the crowds when you're ready to sleep.
