In a word, great. Excellent customer service from employees who responded immediately to any and all requests. Minor maintenance issues regarding leaking faucets in bathroom sinks. Fixed immediately. Problem with air conditioner fixed immediately. Decent food at really low prices. Free hundred and fifty item buffet breakfast every morning valued at sixteen dollars.

My main reason for booking this hotel was to get away from the strip since I do have small kids. This hotel was a great value. In fact I got away with a steal. The bathroom was large with an oval tub (perfect for the kids), my room was a double queen, very spacious and comfortable. The only draw back; there was no frig. otherwise I would have given this hotel 5 stars. Please don't take my 5 stars for the Bellagio because it doesn't come close however, if you are on a budget, but can't compromise quality this is the way to go. Although we (sorry I, my husband did) did not venture down to the bowling alley nor the movie theater, it was nice that it was there. In the future we will be back.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is included and is more than satisfactory (waffle station, egg and cheese omelets, etc). Beds are excellent. Very Clean. Non smoking rooms are just that. Fitness center, business center, pool, ample parking, and near the 95 and hospital. Everything you need if you need to be in Vegas and don't want to stay at a casino. Feels very safe and is in a suburban setting.

the hotel is clean, nothing fancy. the bathroom is very small. the biggest thing that would keep us from coming back is the "ammenties charge"-$12.99 per day for a paper and cup of coffee...so not worth it...would have rathered they included this in the room charge and let me decide if I wanted to spend that much...due to this fee, the discount we got thru [...]was eaten up...

Stayed while house hunting. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms, beds and breakfast were great and they allow pets!

The room was clean and neat and the employees were very helpful. If you want to eat dinner, etc., you will need to drive several miles. I will probably stay at the hotel again because they are a pet friendly hotel.

Clean and quiet place to stay. The staffs are friendly, helpful and gave us service with a smile. I love non-smoking environment and this is the place.
We love the exercise room, we can exercise whenever time permits...
Elevator was slow but manageable. Improvement would be nice.

It would have been good if the room didn't smell so bad. Also, both the Orbitz website and the hotel website said that there was free Wi-Fi, but I was told when I got there that they only offer ethernet for an additional $10.00.

I was on vacation for a big event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with my family and friends. The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. We made the reservations 2 months in advance and got a great deal for a 2 night stay. The only concern I had was the lady at the front desk charged an extra $30 to our room because we had an extra person when we only stayed for 2 nights. I understood the charge but why an extra $10?

Went to Las Vegas for an over night trip. The location and price was great but there were few downfalls. the pillows were so flat and tv did not work. But if you dont plan on being in the room to much its perfect.

Overall this is a good place to stay, friendly staff, and overall good atmosphere. Room was comfortable and clean, and I recommend the place to anyone staying near the AFB or going to the Speedway. We were going to EDC, and was a great location for the event, being one of the closest hotels. No complaints, had a great time and would come back to this hotel again.

The streetout front is a bit noisy all hours, maybe get a room that does not face the front of the building. Check in and out is simple and quick. The staff is all real great and helpful with directions.

The location and atmosphere were ideal for our purposes. We were in Vegas to visit our son and his family and therefore not interested in the typical attractions. We especially enjoyed the quiet, smokeless, and friendly surroundings and would choose to stay there again!

It was not to far from yhe strip, but with stop lights it make
the drive alot longer. Overall the hotel was fine. It is nice to have a full kitchen for the price of the rooms, but on weeksnends from the location it is prob better to take a taxi

This property hosts detached garages at an additional fee, and offers each guest with one assigned covered parking place. Excellent location for those relocating to the Las Vegas market, due to convenient access to I-215 beltway and Summerlin Parkway business corridor - close enough to the Las Vegas Strip, but very urban and leisure living.
