In a word, great. Excellent customer service from employees who responded immediately to any and all requests. Minor maintenance issues regarding leaking faucets in bathroom sinks. Fixed immediately. Problem with air conditioner fixed immediately. Decent food at really low prices. Free hundred and fifty item buffet breakfast every morning valued at sixteen dollars.

My main reason for booking this hotel was to get away from the strip since I do have small kids. This hotel was a great value. In fact I got away with a steal. The bathroom was large with an oval tub (perfect for the kids), my room was a double queen, very spacious and comfortable. The only draw back; there was no frig. otherwise I would have given this hotel 5 stars. Please don't take my 5 stars for the Bellagio because it doesn't come close however, if you are on a budget, but can't compromise quality this is the way to go. Although we (sorry I, my husband did) did not venture down to the bowling alley nor the movie theater, it was nice that it was there. In the future we will be back.

the hotel is clean, nothing fancy. the bathroom is very small. the biggest thing that would keep us from coming back is the "ammenties charge"-$12.99 per day for a paper and cup of coffee...so not worth it...would have rathered they included this in the room charge and let me decide if I wanted to spend that much...due to this fee, the discount we got thru [...]was eaten up...

Clean and quiet place to stay. The staffs are friendly, helpful and gave us service with a smile. I love non-smoking environment and this is the place.
We love the exercise room, we can exercise whenever time permits...
Elevator was slow but manageable. Improvement would be nice.

It would have been good if the room didn't smell so bad. Also, both the Orbitz website and the hotel website said that there was free Wi-Fi, but I was told when I got there that they only offer ethernet for an additional $10.00.

The hotel was very nice - great place for a great price. It's location is unfortunate, not in a nice neighborhood.
Overall, it's a good value.

I was on vacation for a big event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with my family and friends. The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. We made the reservations 2 months in advance and got a great deal for a 2 night stay. The only concern I had was the lady at the front desk charged an extra $30 to our room because we had an extra person when we only stayed for 2 nights. I understood the charge but why an extra $10?

Went to Las Vegas for an over night trip. The location and price was great but there were few downfalls. the pillows were so flat and tv did not work. But if you dont plan on being in the room to much its perfect.

Satisfactory parking access even though uncovered lot. Noticed frequent security presence in lot. Room acceptable , Staff good.
