Smoke cigarette is very agressive. It is everywhere.specially when you are a triathlete and you and your family try to live healthy....
Carpets need to be change .There is stain on the floor every ten feet ! and wall need a good coat of painting and that is on every floor.
It is very well located not far from Vegas or the desert.
Food was good at Denny's and Fuego.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel for a simple over-nighter on the way home from California. Will probably not choose it again. It is clean and comfortable with large rooms, but the air quality is very poor, having a casino on the ground floor, and no windows to open to refresh the stale air. New carpets seem to compound the problem. Also, the lack of a coffee maker in the room seemed a little chintzy. On the bright side, the pool is nice, they have an in-house cinema, and good restaurants, so you don't need to leave the premises and go out into the desert heat.

My son and I were in town for his baseball tournament. Staff was VERY amenable. Each staff member (day or night) was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in how my stay was going. My fridge was not working and when brought to the attention of the front desk was found working after returning from the day's activities. The free breakfast was good quality and large quantity! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay at this location again!

I like staying at the Sunset Station. The hotel tower is seperate from the casino and you can access the hotel elevators directly from the parking lot. The hotel cafe is great for breakfast - good food and affordable. Sunset Station is a very nice hotel, easy to get to from the freeway and off of the strip so is very quiet. I would recommend it to anyone with family and/or pets.

Along with being an excellent (4 star) resort, it is located in the Green Valley "district" area, a charming mall of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here a great deal and plan to come back again next time we're in Las Vegas.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, not too far from the strip, but not too close either. The hotel is located right off the highway, near stores, pharmacy, etc.
Indoor pool was convenient, as well as whirlpool. The breakfast area was a little bit too small. Other than that, the hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and modern.

We have stayed at this facility a couple of times already and prefer to come back to it primarily because it is very close to my daughter's house in Henderson and the complimentary hot breakfast is something we really appreciate. When traveling with a disabled relative in the past we noticed that the shower apparatus was much easier to use than the standard room so we do request that kind of room if it is available.

The hotel was in a good location for what we were there for. The rooms were nice and clean. The only complaint I have is the beds were to soft.

Went to Vegas to photograph a wedding. Didn't want to stay anywhere close to the strip since I can't stand the smell of smoke, don't drink, or gamble. This hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and worth the price. It's definitely a great family friendly facility and served fresh baked cookies at the front desk every night. Yum!! There were many resturaunts and activies nearby--many within walking distance-- as well as a walmart and many other familiar chain stores. Wished there had been a pool. Vegas is too hot not to have one.

checkin people were very good. Room clean. Plenty of towels. Inside lighting was poor. Plenty of parking. Easy to find, on main street. It was at night, so I did not go shopping or to restaurants. Bed was good, air conditioning was good. Pretty close to airport.

I was disappointed that there weren't more and nicer places to eat with the hotel its self. The casino was just small.. and 'not fun'.

We have stayed here many times. It's new, nice & has everything. This trip was marred by noisy people in the room next to us. After being awakened by yelling in the room next-door, I tried going back to sleep. After 1 1/2 hours I could not take it anymore! Called the desk, they sent security. It was quiet for about 5 minutes & started up again, for another hour. So aside from finally getting to sleep at 5am., it is still a great place to stay.

We were visiting friends and family when we stayed at the Comfort Inn in Henderson, NV. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. I paid $86.00 thru Orbitz, which was a great price for the room.

Overall, a good hotel. However, one of the staff was busy talking to another staff when i was standing there requesting for the internet in the business center to be connected to the printer. He had to finish off his conversation before, he attended to the customer. Then he says, "Which computer was it?" I said, "Come, I will show you." Bad customer service!!!

We were visiting Henderson for a wedding. The Windgate is clean and comfortable. They have a nice complimentary breakfast and free WiFi. The room had a microwave, fridge, and a safe. The bed was comfortable. All in all, a nice place to stay.

What a great concept! I was impressed with the village style resort. Walking down cobblestone streets to restaurants and shops including Live music and a great Irish Pub. A few shops were closed, but still very nice. I was hoping for a water view, but was very happy to be facing the village with views of lighted trees and live music. In the morning, the sun came up behind us so we enjoyed breakfast outside without sun in our face.

Our visit to Las Vegas did not include gambling. This hotel was quiet because we did not have to put up with all the activity that often comes with a Casino near by. It was clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast and would certainly return next time we are visiting Las Vegas

First of all, there was a problem with the room and I requested a change. [...]Second We have stayed at other Residence Ins and the breakfast was much better, there was very little varity and it was difficult to take it back to the room which we always did.Third the exercise room was very small and only had tread mills.Would I go back to that hotel, maybe only because we wer visiting family and it was close to there home.Also as a last item, we had checked out and then I remembered that we had left some food in the rerid and since it was before noon check out time we went back only to find them cleaning the room and the food was discarted.

Overall the room was good and what you would expect. However we booked [...] and the hotel had a special free movie tickets with a 2 night stayed. However when we got there they said they wouldn't give them to us until we checked out. What good is that?? And then when we did checked out the front desk person said that they were out of them??? How can that be. It was very frustrating and if the free movie tickets are the reason you are staying there then I would pay a little more because you won't get them.

Generally friendly, helpful staff; a variety of restaurants within walking distance; breakfast buffet only 'so-so' for the price ($12.95 per person)- not worth the price. Two computers & printers in the lobby for guests' use.
