Hotel was new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to events in Ruidosa and away from the worst traffic. We'll definitely stay there again. One surprise was the size of our room......it was huge compared to most hotel rooms.....and nicely decorated.

Have property in Ruidoso and needed to check on it so we stayed at the Comfort Inn and it was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was the standard but met our needs quite well. The king sized bed and the view out the back of the hotel were nice! Enjoyed our brief stay and would stay there again

I was there for a convention, so having breakfast there was great. But the paper plate's made the food go cold fast. But it was free, so it's a give/take thing. Good coffee & juice. Plus the staff was good on any ?'s I had on place's to eat or the town it's self.

Holiday inn Express Ruidoso was a great hotel. Very clean and quite. The room My husband and I stayed in was a King with jacuzzi tub. It Was Very Spacious, although the jacuzzi tub was small. The over all customer service was Great and room quality was great as well. The Breakfast however was not so grand. The Hotel was off the HWY but was close to most attractions in Ruidoso, NM.

Very friendly staff at hotel, very clean, nice and quiet. The food was excellent. Great location to get to Ski Apache, shopping, gambling and race track. Hotel staff advise which gambling casino had tables and who did not. Also, provided city maps for easy directions to local attractions. The experience was great and a wonderful place to rest in the evenings.

We were looking to get away and relax in a tranquil environment. This fit the bill! Upon our arrival we were a little bit skeptical because of some of the reviews we had found after booking the reservation. However, we found it to be pleasantly surprising. The staff was helpful, the surroundings were crisp and clean, and the water was even hot!! Neighbor had a barking puppy early morning, called front desk, problem solved. Our new hangout in Ruidoso!! A+

was in ruidosoo for ems conference, took my family, we got ground floor rooms-perfect. rooms are large,had everything we needed in there. king size beds were very comfortable, great shower head and water flow. nice quiet location, setting is nice. hot tub great, private.no breakfast bar, but no problem for us, rooms have mini fridge, grab some snacks, fill it up. parking kind of small but you can see your vehicle from your door. will definitly stay again when in ruidoso.oh yeah, free wi-fi too. owners very pleasant. on last day conference did not let out till 1pm, later checkout was not a problem, no extra fees, very appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at The Hotel Ruidoso. The room was very clean & big. We had a suite w/2 queen beds & a pull out sofe w/2 TV's. My 11 yr. old daughter had her own TV, which she loved! The staff was very friendly. The complimentry breakfast was hot & good. We spent 2 days in Ruidoso and went tubing at Winter Park, which was a lot of fun.
We really enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

Serene and quiet location right off the main road, centrally located to all attractions. This non-smoking lodge is located between two premier golf courses with fishing and golfing next door. Hiking is available at the national forest across the street. There is a park on the premises with 100 foot pines, picnic tables, gas/charcoal grills, balconies and porches. We offer a gazebo with a large hot tub on the premises and there is a heated pool off premises.
Our suites have fully stocked and equipped kitchens, full baths, wood burning fireplaces in living rooms, two telephones and two satellite televisions with multiple movie channels. Our luxurious suites offer the comforts of home, all for the price of a normal hotel room. Groups and extended stays are welcome. This was a quaint place and the quietest we have ever stayed. Never heard a car start or people talking from the room. It was rustic in atmosphere. I was surpised to find a full service kitchen with most of the necessities for cooking. My only negative comment would be the light that came in through the bedroom window all night. It simply needed heavier drapes or a blackout shade. We arrived late (after the office closed) and they were very understanding and helpful.

There were no signs from the main road to the hotel. It's up hill all the way and there were no dining facilities available at the hotel.

Conveniently located near Casinos, racetrack, fine dining, shopping, and sight seeing. Adventure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, horseback riding all located within 10 minute drive. Located near the center of the town at the Highway 70 Junction. The hotel offers a full breakfast and free high speed internet. The rooms feature coffee makers, irons/ironing boards, and hair dryers. Some rooms have desks. Pet charge: 25.00 USD per stay. Pet limit: 2 per room. Pool closed due to maintenance until Jan 24, 2012
