For the price, this place is great. The pillow top mattresses are great, rooms clean, and nice flat screen tv. I have paid much more for much less. Great full breakfast.

The motel appeared to be at the very tail end of a thorough remodel - new carpeting, fresh paint, new furniture in the room, modern TVs, new bathroom fixtures. The room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced.
The only concern I had with respect to a return visit is that I saw a lot of guests with dogs, and I do hope that there are specific rooms in which pets are allowed and that I am automatically assigned a room that has not had pets staying in it.

The room was clean, beds were made up nice, not comfortable at all. The fridge in the room didnt work, whatever you put in there will be room temp in no time. The pool was sooo nasty. The pump was on but there is no telling when filter was checked there was so much stuff floating in it you couldnt see your own feet standing in the shallow end and for chemical treatments we found bleach tabs sitting at the bottom of the pool.

They had no record of my reservation, or the desk clerk could'nt find it. What they say updated rooms no pillw top mattress no. Carpet in room needed a good cleaning. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, and this stay was no different.

Hot spot in the middle of all

I was able to walk all over the area because the hotel was located in the middle of everything! There were different restaurants every which way. The UFO museum was in walking distance. My friend that was there was able to find me without any problems. All in all, a great stay in a location located in the middle of everything! :)

The staff was very friendly and let me check in 4 hours before check in time. The hotel room doors open directly to the outside, it was easy to hear other guests, housekeeping and vehicles outside. The room was very nice and clean, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Would stay again for the price but may try another hotel next time I am in town.

I stay in Roswell often and always end up back at the Comfort Suites. Although they are almost on the outskirts of town the value and amenities offered at the Comfort Suites more than makes up for it. They have the best pool/hot tub area in town, the best free hot breakfast, there is always coffee available in the lobby, the staff is curteous and effecient, and the rooms are fantastic! Super comfortable beds, ipod/iphone docks, 2 tvs, rain showers, a pull out couch in the sitting area, all for $59 a night plus tax, and when I extended my visit, my rate didnt change! My rates have been slightly higher at other times but always very very reasonable.

I have a fairly good stay in the Roswell Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, but I felt the price was high. I do a lot of traveling, and stay at Holiday Inn's most of the time and this particular location was not the cleanest I have stayed at.

I rate this hotel in comparison to its competitors. It is not a fancy expensive hotel. No stairs, so disabled is all on first floor. Bit of a pain. Rooms clean, nice bed, good darkness. The breakfast was really good as an inclusive item. They upgraded the bathrooms.

This hotel was very basic. The air conditioning in our room did not work and the outside temp was 110 the entire time we were there. The staff moved us to a room that did have AC. They don't clean your room or provide you with fresh linens. I think you have to specifically ask for additional towels if necessary. Staff was friendly. If you are looking for a bargain this is it...not fancy by any stretch.
