This is a good place for us to stop on our way visiting family. We'll definately consider staying here again, next time we come through. Late check-in and proximity to the highway are definate pluses.

It was very clean. The Hotel Desk was very friendly and professional. She did her best to ensure that all needs were met i.e. extra towels, soap and shampoo.
We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Wish we had more time to enjoy it and the fitness center. There were many good choices for breakfast, however, I would have appreciated cold water being available. Other than that, I will stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. Service was very good and they have a great breakfast. We had only one problem. Our room had a very noisy refrigerator that kept coming on intermittently for about 5 - 10 minutes during the night and waking us. Hotel staff was very appologetic and agreed not to charge us for the room. [...] I think that this is an isolated incident and would recommend this Hotel.

The good first, I ended up on the first floor and was large.The bad included maintenance -the room had gaps in the tiles that obviously were going to repaired soon, needed repainting, modernization of the plug so one could use a computer had not yet happened. Generally, the place was a depressing place with everything functioning.

We were visiting our son who is stationed at Cannon Air Force Base. The room was adequate as we were only in it to sleep and clean-up. It was an enjoyable experience and we would stay there again.

The young lady who worked at the desk when we checked in was very nice and helpful as were those that were there when we checked out. None were foreigners who often are difficult to understand.
There was some mildew around the edges of the tub that I reported to the front desk. Also, the shower head was stuck and could not be adjusted to the different choices usually available. Other than this, I would stay in the hotel again.

this is the second time i have staied at this motel ,never again. this is the second time that i have been woke up at 2 in the morning. called staff the first time they did not do much.did not get back to sleep.. same this time. not a motel i would recamend...

The hotel was a few minutes from the center of the city but well worth the travel. Staff was friendly and hotel was relatively new. More importantly, the bed, pillows, and linens were extremely comfortable.

Hotel is brand new. Clean room, with great mattress, flat screen tv, really soft linens. I really enjoyed the breakfast bar. The tv channel offerings were not all that great (no fox news channel), but otherwise, great place. I will definitly stay here again.

The people at the hotel had no idea how to work with a [...] reservation, and re-charged my card for the regular price of the hotel. I am still waiting on the refund to go through. The elevator broke down, while I was in it, and the room had a leaky air conditioner, so the floor was soaked two feet around it. Free breakfast was nice, pool was nice, and it is in a good location in Clovis, though.
