The architecture, artwork, and Spanish design of this hotel is awe-inspiring for anyone who loves beauty; we could have been in Europe. Our room was immaculate and gorgeous as well, with special touches. We had a dinner upon arrival that was both delicious and healthy (sometimes hard to find) in the smaller restaurant. Swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub under the stars, after a long drive, was a perfect, romantic ending to a great day. I could not believe the quality of this place for the very reasonable price, and will definitely return on trips to the southwest!

Great Changes
- Iowa Grandma
- Mar 23, 2012
The last time I stayed here in November 2011 the place was bordering on a dump. Reluctantly I booked a room for this March and was pleasantly surprised to find that there are new owners who passionately care about their guests. Improved breakfast selection and attention to detail have made me more than open to staying here in the future. The owners truly have a desire to upgrade the motel and I think i will only get better as time goes on under their leadership.

Nice and friendly staff, but the lobby is locked until 6:30 am so if you want to check out early you have to wake the staff up...Go to Church Street Cafe for a meal - you'll be glad you did, and it's less than 1/2 mile away!

Rooms were older but very clean. The owners were very nice and the location was within walking distance from Old Town. Not many amentities, and we were disappointed that the pool wasn't open with 100 degree temperatures. All in all, a good experience and would consider returning.

Eclectic old B&B near Old Towm Albuqurqe

Casas De Suenos Old Town Inn is a collection of casitas, each unique and typically in threes. The main building is an architectural puzzle - difficult to identify a style. Location is near Old Town, but out of the way and a block from an Albuquerque park. Our room was the Taos casita and was very Southwest and very attractive. Only drawback was a tiny shower. Breakfast in the dining room was superb and ordered form a short menu. I recommend the omlette with everything! The grounds are full of gardens, trees and even a sculpture or two.

GREAT PLACE IN ALBUQUERQUE

This is the second time I have stayed at this b&b. This time with my sister for a birthday weekend. We had a great suite, 2 bedroom/1.5 baths. The only thing lacking was a shower; there was only a hand held unit in a huge jetted tub. Not too big a deal for two women, but husbands might not like it. My room was on the front corner of the property; it was a little noisy at night and early morning. The second bedroom was perfect for my sis. It's within easy walking of Old Town, and we took a bus to the train station for our trip to Santa Fe. It was nice to park the car and not deal with downtown traffic/parking. The staff were all friendly and the chef is awesome. The breakfasts are made to order, so don't expect fast-food here. Enjoy the morning in the breakfast room and relax.
