I was in town two nights on business, and had to ship a heavy package to the hotel before-hand. I called it in and this was handled perfectly by the staff.
The hotel itself is new, clean, comfortable, and nicely-decorated; a very pleasant surprise, as I hadn't stayed in a Comfort Inn in decades. The room itself had every amenity a business traveler might need, including wi-fi Internet access. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being a light-sleeper, I slept very well both nights; it helped that the hotel's guests were the quiet bunch during my stay there. The continental breakfast was handy and included the usual trimmings, which was perfect if you need to get out of the door fast in the morning.
There are lots of chain-type restaurants around, and a UPS Store right around the corner for shipping needs. It's a couple of miles from the main freeway (55), which was fine.
I would definitely stay again next time I'm in town, and highly recommend it to others, families included!

ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL LOOKS LESS THEN APPEALING ON THE OUTSIDE THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.

Water faucet in tub constantly ran, ceramic tile in tub area was repaired with different color tile, bath exhaust fan had more sound than an aircraft taking off,HVAC unit had the grill missing and blew air right onto the bed, door to inner courtyard was locked shut so that it could not be opened, the room had a bad order---even the cockroaches didn`t stay there because it was so bad!

Well the hotel itself was clean, with access to computers, swimming pool appeared clean, I didnot have swim Trunks. One problem I had was when I checked out I was advised that they could not give me a reciet for my stay. I than ask what the price was and they stated they couldn't tell me. They referred me to youu. Is that your policy? I need a

Booked a 2 bed suite which was not ready when we arrived (after 3PM). waited for 1/2 hour until cleaned. When we went to room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I returned to the desk and asked for a non-smoking room (Hotel is non-smoking). I was offered a king (for 3 adults, cozy). I finally asked for a 2 bed std room for which the clerck wanted rack rate. I refused citing my quote of $81/night and the manager ok'd it. The manager offered us a free movie as compensation. (when we tried to use it, it froze. Desk said "Yeah we've been having problems with that"! )The room was nice, but smaller than a suite. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice, but no towels. All the ac vents in the dining room dripped water. Pros, location - near shoping and restaurants, Route 55, indoor pool/hot tub, and breakfast. Dining room attendant extremely courtious and hard working, although pancake maker never did work right. Food was acceptable and he kept up with demand. Dining room was very clean and orderly. PCs in Business Center worked well, but AC dripped on your head and there was no paper or pens.
Cons: Smoking seems to be a big problem even though it's a non-smoking hotel. There were burns on our tub from cigarettes. Summary: it was average or below average, except for breakfast. Even that was good, but I've had better. Price: average for area. I would be tempted to try a competitor next time.
