Stayed here for three days visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our well-appointed suite was clean, quiet and comfortable with fast wireless internet service. The continental breakfast was better than average with exceptional coffee. The fitness center has nice new equipment and refrigerated towels. Overall a great value for the price.

Our experience here was mediocre. We had accidentally left something in the room and the staff was not very pleasant about helping us get it out. Over all though, good value and cleanliness.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are polite and helpful.
A/C is annoying in that it switches on and off during the night rather than a constraint temperature. Most of the time it either feels too hot or too cold.
Pools are nice, although more floating toys for kids would be good.
Resturant is very overpriced and food is not great. I paid $16 for a burger that was not worth $5.
Wireless is free in the lobby, but costs $10 per day in the room.

We motored from Connecticut and stayed at your hotel to join family arriving from other parts of the country to attend a graduation in Netcong. Our room (#561) was clean, attractive and comfortable. We have stayed at Sheratons before and will surely again. Your personnel were friendly and attentive, especially in the breakfast room.

This is our second time back to this hotel. We obviously like it. It is a perfect spot to stop for a family of five with a pet. We find it convenient and a great value for the price. Complimentary breakfast is a plus! It is a pain traveling with pets, but this place makes it NO HASSLE! Recommend it if you need a hotel in the Parsippany area.

Bad in declared snow state emergencies

Very busy due to snow blizzard. Ran out of breakfast food. Would not give even exchange rate for next night since we could not drive on roads due to declared state of emergency. We had to pay a higher rate since we came the next night. We understand rate was nonrefundable but these were extraordinary circumstances.

The room was comfortable and clean. However, the service wasn't what I expected. The front desk on several occasions gave me wrong information about the hotel services. The hotel also has signs on the fifth floor to direct you to the Guest Laundry, when in fact there is no guest Laundry on the 5th floor. It's on the 3rd floor. Carelessness and ambivalence to their guests.

Stayed here while picking up our son from NYU. Easy access to NYC via 280. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Only disappointment was the lack of an in-room refrigerator unit. Good breakfast !

It was a cold night with snow still on the sides of hte road. Dozens of people were coming in for shelter from their unheated homes. So for the price and convenience, it was what I needed and good to see that others benefited as well.

They have cold beer; just ask the front desk. What a blessing after an all-day drive! This hotel has a friendly staff and super-clean and attractive rooms. The heater is a little loud and drafty. We really liked the place overall.

We expect Marriott hotels to be clean and comfortable but t his Courtyard Marriott gets high marks from us for a quiet well-insulated room. Our ten month old grand-daughter was next door and we could not hear her cry. We would have liked an included continental breakfast but the restaurant offerings were reasonably priced and well-prepared. Fresh coffee in the lobby was not the usual anemic hotel brew and was replenished frequently. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Pool was very heavily chlorinated.

The hotel was good. they allowed early check-in, and the pool was in good shape. the hot tub seemed like it could use a little cleaning on the bottom tho. oddly, a bathroom was nowhere near the pool.
the breakfast buffet was fairly well done, and well stocked, with typical breakfast items. no complaints at all. coffee was good and strong.
only concerns (not complaints) - i tried to book at 2 bedroom suite, but there were none available when i booked, i think 3 months ago. my fellow traveler (family) got upgraded automatically up to the 2 bedroom suite when they checked in tho. maybe it was just unfortunate timing on my part...

For the money, it was an excellent room. It was clean, and it was a very nice room with fast wi-fi and a comfortable bed. It was close to everything I needed, and it even had a complimentary conti breakfast. That said, it wasn't perfect. The ironing board was broken (told them about it when I left), the halls smelled musty like cigarette smoke, there was some mold starting to develop on the bathroom ceiling as there was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the key cards were difficult to use. Overall, though, for a single guy traveling, I could not have done much better for the money.

when considering this hotel,please stick to the phrase "you get what you pay for" If you just need to rest your head for dirt cheap, that is all you will be doing if you are not afraid of literally the dirt. I pray I dont get bed bugs.

This was an anny. overnight stay and we had a great time. Everyone was very nice. Our room was neat and clean. We went to dinner at Ruth Chris Steak House and that was outstanding.

Hotell room and bath a bit small. There is no arm chair to sit and read. If desk is used, 2nd person must sit on bed.
Breakfast was generous, good variety. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I would prefer a more spacious room.
