first my reservation was not in the system front desk clerk had to call to verify after they told me that all i need was my confirmation that i could print out from my email, that was not true, then, the room was not that tidy and there was a coffee pot with no creamer or cup to drink the coffee in, the lady at the front desk didn't speak English well gave the wrong travel directions which were given out by the person who couldn't speak English well

I have been in bad hotel but not like this one is more like a motel, hookers and crack head is all you see around it looks old nothing fancy about it everything is lock down the heater didn't work only a few towel not coming back there
