Hotel was nice and clean and the stay was good.
The hotel staff was quite pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was that the driving was difficult to do, since you have to go back down the road, make a uturn and then get on the highway again.

the room was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our car battery died the day we were leaving and they loaned us a battery pack to jump the car, one of the employees also pulled his own car around just in case, that is going above and beyond!

The staff were very friendly. We went as a wedding party. On that morning, we forgot to take the program and reached the site that was 1/2 hour away. But one of our other relatives had not started from the hotel. I called the front desk and explained the situation. They immediately opened the room and helped the relative to take the program. A crisis averted. Thanks for the help.

personnel always very nice--but mattress supports sticking out from bedframe were a true menace to ankles, and cleaners left window open so room was freezing and wet on return....
room was clean and well maintained; parking good, A good bargain overall

I was attending a conference at the Sheraton across the street and opted to stay here due to pricing and convenience. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Sweet Comfort at Comfort Suites

This hotel was convenient to the Bergen County Police Academy where I attended a 2 day training. The room was spotless. The hotel was quiet and clean. The flat screen tv and the comfortable king sized bed was perfect after a long drive up the Turnpike followed by 6 hours of lecture. I was pleased to find that my room lived up to it's "smoke-free" promise because I find that some other hotels loosely label rooms that bear remnants of stale cigarettes. The wifi was free and they had multiple networks available for fast internet access. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard but I really liked the Philadelphia brand cream cheese and selection of healthier options like yogurt and fresh fruit.
