PATH train station right next to the hotel, World Trade Center is only one train stop away, Statue of Liberty ferry is only a 30 min walk, and it's right on the Hudson River overlooking NYC. Beautiful room, lobby, bar, outdoor patio. Very clean and the front desk called upon my arrival to see if I needed anything. Not enough amenities considering the high price. They charge you for the bottled water they have in your room and internet service. I would not have stayed at this hotel if it weren't for the half off special.

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel staff were so helpful and helped us with maps, information etc. The hotel is very close to the train station, so NYC is just a hop away. There's a mall close by in case you need something. Overall, it's a great hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great. It was very easy to get in and out of the city using the path which is about 2 blocks away. It was clean and staff was very friendly. There is also a grocery store and a mall right behind the hotel incase you forget anything.

This hotel was a great place to stay when visiting a nearby friend. I didn't spend much time there, but it was quiet and the staff was very helpful. Its also very close to the PATH train allowing you easy access to manhattan.

Hotel à la fois sommaire mais équipé (frigo, fer à repasser + table, sèche cheveux...).
Propre et acceptable par rapport au prix payé.
Un bémol cependant au niveau du bruit, car l'hôtel est situé sur une avenue. Parfois beaucoup de circulation la nuit !
A noté également que le personnel, à majorité Indou, n'est pas très communicatif. Mais professionnel, juste comme il se doit de l'être.
Pour resumer : Bon rapport Qualité-Prix.

When we arrived there, it was raining. The hotel was leaking several places in the corridor and office. We saw a big washbowl to collect falling down the raindrops from the roof in the office, when we are checking in. The room is relatively small and not so clean. However, the value compared with the price appears O.K.

If you haven't booked -> This lodge (not hotel) is very old.. Room was clean but furniture was old, bathroom had stains, cracks.. Shower curtain was old, had lot of stains.. Towels were old.. Cheap quality breakfast (cereals were very basic).. Breakfast area was very small.. Stair railings were sticky.. Carpets were old..
If you have already booked -> Staff was helpful.. They will guide for direction, call taxi for JSQ, Airport.. Not a real issue with location since we used to go there to sleep only.. We used to go to Journal square(JSQ) for Path trains to NY.. It costs @ 10 $ from lodge to JSQ in taxi.. Uphill walk to JFK blvd to catch bus to JSQ is not preferable since its very steep hill.. While booking they mentioned newer room, nothing new about it.. Everything is old..

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is, but not at Jersey Citys Bed and Breakfast which is ONLY ONE MILE TO MANHATTAN. EVERY ROOM HAS A COMPUTER AND PRINTER WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Alarm clock, Amenities Basket filled daily with fresh fruit, Bath robes, CD player, Ceiling fans, Coffee Tea facilities, DVD Player, Desk, Fax Machine, Fridge with free beverages restocked daily, Microwave, Coffee Maker, water cooler. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
