The staff was very friendly and even gave us a complimentary upgrade for being new guest. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was extremely comforatable. The room was also spacious. The Hotel location is just minutes away from main attrations in NYC. It could use a little upgrading but overall I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again for my next NY visit.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the room next door to us started a party at 3:00 a.m., waking us up, but hotel staff was very responsive when we called after an hour of misery. Enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Would have liked a mini fridge and/or a free cot for our 2 year old. Cots were $20 extra. Cribs were free, but were described as a pack n play, which is not comfortable for him anymore.
