A quick check in, very clean room, lots of choices at the breakfast. Two minor blips. I went to an adjacent hotel by mistake first. A more contrasting sign at the intersection by the highway would help. The HVAC fan stopped at 4:00 AM waking me up.

We found the hotel staff friendly and our check in and check out was very Seamless and easy.
The rooms were clean and attractive in their decor and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Not a bad hotel but needs some help

The room was functional but smelled bad. Turned out to be the bathroom so kept the door closed. Bathroom light died the day after I checked in. Took 3 days to get it fixed. Exit door right next to my room would slam loud enough to wake you up. Took over a week to get that repaired.
Overall it looks to be an older hotel with issues that should be addressed. I would probably stay again but would change rooms rather than count on maintenance to repair problems.

When we entered the room had that wet cloth smell which I wasn't happy abt. Though they advertised complementary breakfast, it breakfast room was unattended. Had to keep hunting for some one to fill up the empty trays and coffee containers..

Got in late at night and just stayed there for that night. Clean, cheap and friendly front desk. Very bare bones place. Don't go here for the amenities. Go here to sleep and shower. Met my expectations for the price.

Even the Cleveland Airport provides free WiFi. This hotel charges $9.95 per day. Inexcusable.
No movies available. Have replaced movies with HD TV stations. What's with that?
Mattress too soft.
Turn-off from highway not marked.
Servers in sports bar, and in restaurant, more interested in talking to one another than keeping an eye out on the needs of diners.
Only the sports bar opened an adequate number of hours.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an exam to take at Rugters University. The people were very nice. My room was perfect for my needs. Except the toilet would not stop running. Very annoying. Also, my phone did not work. I had alot of studying to do, so I did not want to loose time trying to get both of these situations fixed. Also, according to the [...] add, there was supposed to be a complementary breakfast. However, I could not find it, and there was no information in my room about where it was (I could not call to ask because my room phone did not work). I decided to just check out and grab breakfast on my way home. Oh, and the bed was super UNCOMFORTABLE! I had to ice my neck the next day, and two days later I am still sore. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not, but I will say that it was clean, the employees were very nice, and the hotel served its purpose for my basic needs.

well the guy from front desk did terrible service,the room smells,the a/c doesn't work,the kitchen was dirty,well i will never stay on that junk place anymore,for the money you can get better service an quality rooms,
