We were in York for a wedding. We has our 8 month old with us. The check in staff was unfriendly and I think it would have taken just as long if I hadn' tprebooked online. Our door arm was broken and the screws kept falling out so we had to check the whole floor over jusst to let our daughter crawl around. They did finally fixed it but just by putting in new screws so we still had to worry they would fall out to. The housekeeping stff tracked pieces of something all over our floor when they took out our trash which showed they didn't do any other cleaning. We are lunch in thier Applebees and I haven't ever had such awful food at an Applebees anywhere. I really don't recommend staying at this hotel.

Noisy, every time a door closed it echoed thru the room. When I asked for a room statement the desk clerk was rude and went on and on that you needed to provide it, that the King room was normally 100+ and you only pay them 57.00 for it, I explained I have stayed there a number of times and received a statement of what I paid, and she just got snipy. The box springs squeaked everytime you sat on the bad, luckily it didn't once you laid in the bed. We were in the newer section which is much nicer than the older section. But still noisy. The frontdesk personnel were always really nice in the past and when we checked in.

The hotel is outdated but clean. Close to the highway. Loved that you park right in front of your room. Short haul for luggage. Breakfast was excellent. Good place to stay with your pet.

The rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was very clean - kept stocked and staff were attentive to needs. The room had a refrigerator and microwave; both were clean and working order. I would recommend this location.

This hotel was very average. Beds were uncomfortable. The Complimentary Breakfast was very poor. Your options were stale Bagels and cream cheese, or stale pastries; coffee; juice.

Plenty of room inside. Refrigerator and microwave in room....all in all it was a very nice stay. Beds were comfortable and I would chose Comfort Inn again.
