Nice, but you can't pick your neighbors.

Our room was a little shabby, but clean. The air conditioner didn't put out much cool air. Our first night, the neighbors down the hall partied until about 4:00 am, so we didn't get much rest. The second night was fine.
Our desk clerk was very friendly, and handled our late check-in quite well. Thanks!

the room was very clean and very comfortable. unfortunately the staff treated us as if we were a bother and didn't give much regard to us personally nor were they very friendly. for example, the front desk woman looked up only once when we were checking in and the woman at breakfast was very stern and abrupt about us refilling our coffees 15 minutes after breakfast was over. (the coffee was still sitting out.) this was a great place for us to rest up while on our way from chicago to denver as far as food and comfort. hospitality could use to be freshened up.

The motel had some issues but nothing terrible. We never did find the elevator but the stairs were right by the door to our car. We met our daughter there and our rooms were in a quite area and together. Would have liked to have one of those doors between the rooms but it worked. Really liked the hot breakfast, choice of 3 different breakfasts. The pool was very nice and not too busy but no kids in the hot pool under 12? I am afraid it was the babies 1st pool experience and he was in the hot pool. For the price it was clean and the air conditioning worked and there was hot water. Good Value.

It is an "okay" motel, my biggest complaint was housekeeping didn't replenish the coffee packet after my first morning there so the second morning I wasn't able to make my morning coffee.

Our room was very large which was nice. But on check out day they were banging on our door at 11:03am when check out time is at 11am. I thought that was a bit ridiculous!

Good location, decent room (bathroom too small, however), small swimming pool, breakfast room too small, but overall, the facilities were satisfactory for the price. But what soured me on this hotel was the inability to deal with a little problem (that should not have been a problem at all). In our case, our room didn't get cleaned one day. In the afternoon, we called down to the desk to inquire. Well, the cleaning staff had left for the day. No, I (the lone desk worker) can't bring you towels right away, and if you aren't in your room, I can't leave them. Kept implying that it was probably our fault -- we must have left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door (we didn't). They'd have to investigate, they'd have to leave a note for the absent manager. But they couldn't solve the problem, and still charged us full price for the room.

For a place to stay while working in the area, this motel was fine.
It was surprisingly quiet for it's location near the freeway and truck stop.
The continental breakfast has danish, bread or biscuits. (There is a McDonald's close by for breakfast)

It was a good place to stay the night on a road trip. The front desk was very nice and helpful. We would stay there again if we were just there to sleep, which was the case on our stay. If we were staying in the area longer, we would probably find a different place that has more amenities.

We stopped for the night on the way to our vacation destination. Did not know there was a Holiday Inn and a Holiday Express at the same location. The desk clerk was a tad snooty and we didn't feel welcomed as we attempted to check-in at what we thought was the correct place. She drew a picture on a sheet of paper giving reference of where we were and where we needed to be. Other than that, the stay was just what we needed... clean, spacious and quiet for some rest for the next days' drive.

We were very please with this establishment. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean as well as pleasingly decorated. The staff was efficient and helpful. The continental breakfast was okay, too. The price for our stay was a great value!

Truck stop near but not too near and it offered food, gas, etc.
It was a pleasant surprise....and the staff helped us to locate places we needed....

We were in town for a family reunion so the only time we spent in the room was to sleep and shower. There are very few places in town that allow pets. The rooms are very small but were clean. It was a great room for the price and I would stay here again.
