This hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. It is just south of Lincoln which was our destination. Breakfast was limited but good. Beware if it is a Husker home game weekend. The prices will be much higher.

Good place to stop on a long road trip!! Convenientlylocated near Lincoln and not far from Kanasas. Good place to stop for th night on a long trip.

We are conveniently located on HWY 77 just minutes away from Homestead National Monument and Beatrice Community Hospital. Other area attractions include Southeast Community College, Exmark/Torro, Storecraft, Beatrice Speedway, Gage County Fairgrounds, and Encore. The hotel is within a short drive of Beatrice Municipal Airport and Rockford Lake. Local golf courses include Beatrice Country Club and Hidden Acres Golf Club. The Big Blue Water Park, fine dining, and shopping are within a short walk of the hotel. The capital city of Lincoln and the University of Nebraska is within an hour's drive of the hotel.
The hotel has 41 spacious rooms. The room styles include luxurious single queens, spacious single kings and double queens, and business suites with living areas. There are also family suites with living areas and rooms which are handicap accessible.

Nice staff, clean rooms, fairly quiet. Refrigerator and microwave in rooms, continental breakfast and even a washer/dryer in the hallway. But most of the hotel is for smokers and you can smell it even if you have a non-smoking room.
Be careful - another hotel has opened nearby called the 'New' Victorian Inn. It is not associated with this one, and it's not new!

Nice place to lay your head after a day of work. The beds are a little to firm, but other than that, it was a good hotel for the price.

not bad for the price

Went to Beatrice for a class reunion so needed a place to sleep. Was not bothered about there was no pool since didnt have time but..... Had flies in the room because the maids left the door open when they cleaned it. Check in time was suppose to be 1pm. Since we got there early, 1130am, we ask if we could go ahead and check in. Front desk said they were just vacuuming and to come back in a half hour. Took till almost 2pm to get in our room. Room was for the most part clean except dirty bathroom door and some dust on the lightbulbs above vanity.
If you are expecting breakfast... dont bother. Prepacked powder sugar donuts and bagels in baggies. Have only margarine to put on it. Had juice and coffee. Think that they could put a little more effort into it.
Like I said alright for the money but in Beatrice you dont have lots of choices
