Shuttle service was a big plus for this stop and it saved a lot of trouble. Having the shuttle available 24/7 was also great as we had to leave at 4 am. Breakfast was a good selection and available at 4 am also.

We like to stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel. We know we can depend on polite service and a nice room. When we are in Durham, we usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Southpoint because it is closer to family members we visit, but that option was not offered with our package of flight, hotel, car.

I was extremely pleased with the overall experience at this hotel. The staff and service was top notch. Although I have stayed in more elegant hotels it was at a price 3 or 4 times what I payed for this one. Can't beat it for the price in my opinion!

Pleasant. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. I asked for directions to a few places and the desk attendant was very nice as well as helpful. It is a great location. Minutes from the airport and the highway. Good place for an overnight after flying in or before flying out of RDU.

My "Me" Retreat

This hotel was the perfect place for me. I desperately needed some rest, relaxation and solitude. I got all of that and more. The suite was perfect. Everything about the hotel was great, inside and out. The internet photos only give a glimpse of how wonderful this place really is. Seeing is believing. I can't wait for my next "me" retreat! I will definitely stay here again.

It was ok, there was a sealed cup with water in it in the ice bucket, bad housekeeping. Plenty of plugs for charging phones and computers. TV was not HD and not a great selection of things to watch. Pillows were king size and great, bed was comfortable. Big shower!

Great stay until after we left and a $100 charge was charged to my account with out any type of warning. Plus I am now waiting for a couple of days for the "hold" for incidentals, which did not occur and got a final invoice that there was 0 balance and nothing charged to the card.
Plus I never signed anything or was told this was being done! Waiting to hear from a GM of the hotel now...

Awesome staff. Everything is clean. Perfect shuttle service. The only thing I didn't like was the spacing on the doors. There was kind of a big gap from the floor to the bottom of the doors so light would always shine in and I could always hear people passing and sure they could have heard me if I made any noise... so that was one star off for privacy. Everything else was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff were friendly, especially in the breakfast area and at the front desk. Breakfast starts early enough so I could eat before heading to a 7 am meeting. One staff member gave us detailed directions to the movies and went on line to find movie times for us.

AWSOME! I COULD NOT BELIVE HOW NICE THE PLACE WAS. THE FURNISHING KEPT THE PLACE QUIET. VERY HOMEY.
THERE A SHORT TIME ONLY 10HRS OVER NIGHT, BUT IMPRESED.
TOWELS WERE A LITTLE ROUGH, NOT THE SOFT TOWEL I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED.
BED NOT AS SOFT AS YOUR LOWER END SISTER HOTELS.

Hotel room was very comfortable and had great amenities for the price. However, there were a few small things that needed repair in the room The television in the bedroom was not working, our garbage disposal was broken, and our telephone in our suite was giving us issues. But when I addressed my concerns with the front desk, they immediately sent someone up to fix/address the issues in our room. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast bar, very comfortable room, extremely reasonable price. Will definately come back.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good/comfortable. The bed was hard and the noise from airport sometimes woke us up. But, that is expected if you stay near an airport. Only complaint was that it advertised a fitness room but did not have one. You had to drive to another hotel to use their equiptment, which ONLY consisted of three cardio machines. Disappointed. Other then that, was a good stay at a very cheap rate.

This hotel was perfect! Celebrated my daughter's 10th Birthday with a sleepover. We enjoyed our stay. The room was great....perfect for our small gathering...and the indoor pool was a hit with the girls. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will certainly be looking for Cambria Suites when traveling with my family of 5. If there was a down side to this stay it would be the hotel's close proximity to the airport. However, after the first few flyovers, the "sky noise" quickly fades :-)
