It beats having nothing

I screamed as my driver pulled up but quickly pulled it together as I saw the sign at the entrance that states "Rates starting at 54.00" then reality sunk in and I remembered that I'm here for a few hours and what could I honestly expect for a 54 buck room?
After entering the Ramada room it felt and looked more like a motel such as a Red Roof Inn or Motel Six .. It seemed clean but the room could use new carpeting and a fresher bedding style because the spreads look like they are outdated. Put down my bags left and checked out within 1 hour....need I say more?

Went to a concert. Booked a double room. Room was given away was put in 2 king bed rooms. Unable to spend good quality time with best friend. Went into rooms and neither rooms air conditioner was on each room felt like 100 degrees. Took over 3+ hours for rooms to cool down. Would not recommend to friends or family.

It's a good place to sleep when traveling through. We stopped on the way to Myrtle Beach and had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good but the area very crowded when we made it down around 8am. Overall it was clean and enjoyable.

According to the pictures and description I was expecting a two-person jacuzzi in the room not a garden (one-person) Jet Tub in the bathroom. The description says jet-tub but the picture showed a jacuzzi that appeared to be in the bedroom. So I was disappointed to find a tub in the bathroom and no jacuzzi.

This hotel is very nice and clean.. The staff was great, however the free breakfast needs work, the night staff is often not available. We had to leave a note with the money for the soda we took out of the case because no staff member was around.

A LITTLE HARD TO GET TO. BAD TRAFFIC AND TURNING NEAR A BUSY INTERSECTION.
BREAKFAST WAS VERY SLIM PICKINGS COMPARED TO OTHER MOTEL MORNING OFFERINGS.

on the trip, i met some old friends. i spent some time in the hotel pool also, and found very nice people there...good experience. comparing to previous trips, i'd say that the people were friendlier and the staff was always fully engaged...really impressive. and yet, the area was so remote that food outside the hotel was impossible to get without a rental car. very frustrating. the food within the hotel was not great at all.

My Husband and i were in Greensboro to attend our Sons Freshman orientation for college. He stayed in the dorms. We found the hotels to be very clean and the staff very friendly. The only issue was someone was knocking one our door and running There were alot of children in town for a national track meet so we were sure it was just harmless fun, but it would be a good idea for the hotel to separate them from everyone. so that there fun could be contained to one area

There are better options in the High Point/Greensboro area. However if you need a very simple place to sleep, this place is perfect. And a value for the price, however you back my ache after your first night.

Overall a pretty good hotel stay

I really don't understand all the negative reviews about this hotel. I stayed for two days last week, and overall, it was a pretty good hotel stay. Sure, the carpeting and TVs are a little dated and it could use a renovation. But my room was big, clean, and the bed was super comfy.
The staff receive an A+ rating from me. My first night, there were teenagers in the next room screaming and laughing in the wee hours of the morning. I alerted the hotel staff and they immediately went up to the room. I didn't hear any noise after that. The next morning when I came downstairs they asked if it quieted down and whether I got a good night's sleep.
What annoyed me was lack of amenities. I was bummed to find out they didn't have free wifi. Also, the brochure left in the room touted a "complimentary breakfast." When I went downstairs in search of this I found out there was no such thing. I expected more, considering this is one of the more expensive hotels in the area.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. It seems to be the best choice in the area (I came across many shady reviews for other hotels) and is in a great location. With better amenities, I would give this hotel a 5-star rating.

I stayed because of business in town. Needed a quiet place with bed and shower without all the noise of a big hotel chain. My room was clean, quiet and the small kitchen was an added extra you don't find in any hotel room. I would stay again.

The hotel was in good shape. The staff was very nice and hospitable. There was an incident that occured while staying at the hotel and I would have reccomended that the staff should have acknowledged the incident and said sorry for any inconvienence.

If you are here for the ACC Tournament as I was, you will spend little time in the hotel. It was somewhat old, but clean. The staff was nice, and it was quiet. Very simple but reasonable price...great location for tournament attendees!

Ok for the price, Staff was courteous....basic breakfast included. The room was very dated but clean, however the hallways were not...and the place was very noisy with doors slamming often. Seemed to me that some rooms were being used as apartments. O am not likely to stay here again...there are many other options and for a few more $$ you may get a bit more.

While visiting that area, a tornado hit about one mile away. Needless to say, we were without hot water, lights and land line phones. Their backup power was the use of glow sticks.
I was there for business. The business center computer was down and the front desk took 30 minutes to be able to print airline boarding passes.

I was very unhappy with the accomodations. The night clerk did not pass on information to the morning clerk. The write up says that there was a sofa sleeper and there was not one. The room only had two out of six working lightbulbs and the ones that were working were dim. The bed was dirty, the sheets had holes in them and the floor had not been cleaned. There was no iron in the room and when we called for one, we had to walk to the desk to get it because there was no back up staff. The following morning...the juice in the juicer had been diluted with water and the cream cheese for the bagels was old. Very dissappointed.

It was rated a TWO. and it was a TWO.. Location was great for my business with a great resturant across the street.
