The bed was comfortable, but the comforter was too lumpy. The first floor ice machine did not work. I would stay here again. They have a very good continental breakfast.

We went to a concert at Harrah's and this hotel was very close by....the only thing that would have made this hotel a little better is if it offered its own shuttle instead of local transportation to Harrah's.

If Customer Service is important, you will be impressed! This is an older, but well maintained facility off the beaten path. The things such as TV's, carpets, etc are aged but clean. The indoor pool area was great! The breakfast is very good and served until 11AM!

Hotel is clean, located on main road leading to Gatlinburg Tn, only a couple minutes from Casino. Beds were not the best and a little lumpy. No desk in room, there was a refrig and microwave.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. They were able to suggest a good restaurant and it was a good selection. They were very knowledgeable about events happening around the area and the room and complementary breakfast were very good. It is a great place to stay for the money. We will be looking to stay at Baymont Hotels again wherever we travel.

Very efficient, well run, clean, comfortable. Minutes fron Harrah's casino. If you are there to gamble 24 hours a day, Harrah's Hotel might be better but other thanth that, I would definately stay at Baymonte. The nearby parks and streams are beautiful

Friendly staff though not too informed of area activities. (not even what's open or not) BE aware that most things are closed during off season. (Nov-April) ON season being from May-Oct Even restraunt at hotel closed. Only one dresser with only 3 drawers. No Micro. Did have small fridge. I coulda used a LOT more drawers and counter space in main room. Internet worked well everything was clean. TV was nothin special I'm guessing 24" no more than 27"
