The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The variety of choices @ breakfast was terrific. The room was very clean. Easy on/off interstate. Bed/pillows were very good. It doesn't have the newest decor/fixtures, but is comfortable place to stay while in the area. We'll go back.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice and pretty clean except the bathtub non-slip mat had dirt around it.
The staff was very friendly and did all they could to meet our needs. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and quiet, pool was lovely, complimentary breakfast was better than I would expect. Convenient location for visit to Elon University. Grill 584 adjacent to the hotel was excellent. Overall, great stay.

When we first checked in they gave us rooms on the 2nd floor that has some smoking rooms. We looked at three rooms up on the 2nd floor before we told them to put us on the first floor. The rooms on the 2nd had a musty smell (all of the rooms). The towels are on the thin side.
Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Rooms on 1st floor seemed fairly clean. Old tube TV's. Internet isn't very fast.
OK for the price.

Booked late for visit to daughter's college and this was all that was available. Ignored previous reviews and took my chances. They were correct the hotel has the smell of cigerette ash throughout the hallways and the continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The people were nice enough.

Our family of four had plenty of room in our suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Nice arrangement with doors between the sleeping areas for more privacy. Healthy, plentiful breakfast and friendly staff made for a pleasant holiday stay. Next time we'll ask for a back room to avoid interstate traffic noise.

Friendly staff. Within 20 minutes of a great outlet mall, Tanger. Almost anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive (food, clothing, necessities, entertainment).
We attended a family wedding and the hotel staff worked well with us as we had family members coming and going during the entire event.

Nice and clean. Polite and friendly personnel. Good location: close to highway, but not noisy. Close to many amenities (shopping, eating). Front parking is somewhat limited (20-30 cars), so if you come late, you'll have to park at the back.

We stayed here since no other hotels were available for Elon's family weekend. We were in a room right next to one of the exits. Saturday night there was some type of party/reception. The band played (LOUD) until after midnight. Then we listened to all of the guests and band party hard in the hall ways until after 2:30 am... UGGHHH!

Over all the room was small but clean. We didnt have room service, and we had a one day supply of towels to last for 3 days.Front desk worker said all their towels were in the washer this was at 8am upon arrival back from ball game they were completly out, but Luckliy I check out some reviews on the motel and took extra towels from home.

We stayed due to being through 4 states in 2 days we were exhausted and I needed to do some homework and catch some much needed sleep. When we arrived at the hotel the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. We were assigned first to room 221 and left to go to our room. We went to our room we left our stuff in the car to check out the room as I usually do. I went in and I always check the bath tub and toilet first when I walked in and turned on the light in bathroom I saw a bug run so I caught and killed it. Then checked the tub and toilet which was clean the my husband killed another bug crawling up the wall. He then advised me that it was cock roaches. I was so upset that we had killed 2 the 5 more so I called the front desk and they moved us to room 309. Room 309 was finally bug free and clean. The drawers for clothes had marker in them and rubbed off on my clothes. When I went to get on the internet I coulnt so I called the front desk to be advised that I had to pay for it. I was shocked because MOST ALL hotel/motels today give FREE WIFI....Over all after the roaches I was okay and got the much needed rest but was uneasy and scared about bugs!!!!!

The desk person was very friendly and efficient, and the location was convenient to where we needed to be that evening and the next morning. The room appeared to be clean, but it had a strange smell(like pet pee!)
Overall, for 2 teachers on a budget who were only getting paid $100 each for a day and half conference 2 hours from home...it was a great value!
