We travelled to Great Falls for a conference. We were not in our hotel very much but the time we spent there was very comfortable. The room was clean. We liked the location: right on the Missouri River. For a quick weekend stay, the hotel was just right.

This motel is clean but getting old in colors and in decor. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good rate for a clean room.
There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner which is a negative for this venue. It has a small casino with friendly staff that is well attended by the locals....there is not much room left in there for the visitors once the locals all arrive.

The woman working the front desk was very nice and pleasant. I recieved an upgrade to a King size bed at no extra cost! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't say it's all that sound proof... The front/main wall is a big sliding glass door (you could hear everything happening out in the hallway) and had a door that allows access to the room next door that was lacking foam striping (either no-one was staying in the room or they were just quiet). The shower head looked like it was going to be awesome but there wasn't much for water pressure, so it wasn't as great as I'd hoped for. Oh, and there wasn't a fan in the bathroom so it got over poweringly steamy! We didn't use the pool/hot tub so I can't say anything about those. Over all it was a pleasant, care free stay! I would stay again.

Very unprofessional. The guy at the desk was in a T-shirt, jeans, ball cap & was heavily tattooed. We were told by a staff member sitting on couch that he would be down to reprogram the TV channels, but never showed up. There was a sign at desk "Be right back", but no one was still there when we checked later. The computer in lobby was dirty and a very slow "dinosaur". Didn't look like the floor in lobby had been vacuumed for quite awhile. There were sticky or crusty spots several places in our room. Made us wonder if the sheets were really clean?? Definitely won't go back!

My daughter, with whom I was traveling, is a severe Asthmatic, and owing to this, I had specified a non-smoking room. On arrival, there were none available - they had all been alloted to other patrons. Our room smelled very bad and this odour affected her in a very nagative fashion, constantly having to use her rescue inhaler. This is unacceptable!!! [...]

This would be a really good place if you were going to be there for awhile. There are restaurants close by in either direction from the hotel. It got cold so I turned on the heater, but then the room got really warm and uncomfortable. I couldn't get back to sleep and had to leave early because of an early flight. The internet reception was good and I could plug into it. There are casinos close by too.

The museum describes the history of the base, from its role in World War II to the present. Displays at the air park include a "Huey" helicopter, a Stratotanker used for in-flight refueling, a Minuteman intercontinental ballistic missile, and many aircraft used as fighters and bombers. Crystal Inn and Suites Great Falls is located near to the Airport and is Gateway to many national and state parks.

We booked a room online at the last minute and it all went smoothly, even with a late check in. Very comfortable, clean rooms were a welcome sight and extremely helpful staff were very accommodating. A solid breakfast was also good in the morning with waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy and fruit. Will definitely be staying here again, when I come back through.

What a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the people were nice. The weather was awful, so many kids in the pool, and it was kept supplied with towels and clean. The only problem we had was in the restaurant, had to wait forever, but the food was good when we got it and we were compensated for the wait. I would recommend it to anyone.

The grand kids had a wonderful time on the water slide and the pool - gramma enjoyed the pool and Hot Tub. Breakfast not bad either.

Check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, although small for a suite (We had a king suite). I slept on the pull-out sofa, which was suprisingly comfortable, and the staff brought extra pillows and blankets to our room within minutes of our request. The breakfast was excellent, with make-your-own waffles (with strawberry topping and whipped cream!), microwavable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fresh fruit, and 24 hr. coffee. The location of the hotel was the absolute best. It's directly accross the street from the mall, and many shopping centers and restaurants are minutes away. We didn't use the fitness room. The pool was clean and had a comfortable temperature. The first night we stayed, the hot tub was great, but the second night they must have just added chemicals because our eyes burned within moments of getting in. I thought the hotel was very quiet, but my friend complained of dogs in a nearby yard barking very early in the morning and waking her up. I would stay here again, although in a regular room. I don't think the suite was quite worth the price.

We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub while the kids played in the pool. There was a gym in walking distance which was very nice. Many wonderful attractions in the area such as the dam's and river.

I'm not normally one to complain about places I stay but I was extremely disappointed. I had a couple of stressful days and was looking forward to spending some time in the hot tub at night. After 5 minutes when the jets shut off, I realized their was so much crud sitting on the seats and on the floor that it made me sick to my stomach. The rooms however were clean. The staff was neither rude or real friendly except when I went to check out and the lady coming off the night shift was so busy visiting about her family troubles that I stood there for several minutes until her conversation was over. I have stayed here before but will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel close to shopping/airport

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. We drove down from Glacier National Park. The front desk clerk would not let anyone check in until 3 PM on the dot. We had to find things to do for 3 1/2 hours after we had spent 4 hours on the road.

This hotel offered a spacious suite within a very clean environment. I also love their breakfast which includes gluten-free protein items such as boiled eggs and yogurt instead of the usual sugary, carb-driven fare!

The room was completely removed from other rooms so it was very easy to take our dog outside. Very clean and quiet room. However, no maid appeared but we really didn't need one. We only slept there as we had a family gathering to attend. Definitely will stay there again.

Very typical Hampton Inn. We stay at Hampton for its consistency and this location was no different. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, linens are clean and of a good quality, furniture and bathrooms are in good condition. We didn't take advantage of any amenities such as pool, breakfast or shuttle though all were offered to us.

Great hotel for the price

Great hotel for the price. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The offered breakfast was lacking on options that bigger chains offer (toast, mini muffins, bagels, and little doughnuts) but it was better than nothing.
Pillows were a little on the flat side, hubby would have like them more on the plump and firm side. (personal preference.)
Overall it was nice and we would stay there again.

A clean, friendly place

We spent two nights at this motel and found it to be clean, comfortable, and dog friendly. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The free newspapers and dog treats were also a nice touch.
