We spent new years here. It was clean and quiet! Staff was really nice. No indoor pool or hot tub is my only negative about this place. But I knew that when I booked!

We were only there a few hours since we checked in late and had to leave at 4am to catch a flight at the Billings Airport. The location was easy to find and was close to the airport. The room was also clean.

The hotel was clean and nicely furnished.The location was great. It was one of the tallest buildings in Billings so we never got lost.The staff was friendly and the view was beautiful.My only complaint was the bed.The bed wasn't comfortable. You know the kind when you sit on the bed and the corners pop up.Other than that everything was great.It was the nicest hotel in town and we got a great deal ..I would stay there again.

We decided to try this hotel as it was very affordable and a last minute choice. We were really surprised! The room was huge, the bed was super comfy, and the staff were very helpful in all ways.

Although the staff were friendly enough the Hotel itself was grubby! The carpets in the rooms were very poorly kept, the towels were threadbare and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. If anyone is looking for a nice Motel in Billings I would highly recommend the Rimrock Inn where the service, comfort and cleanliness was excellent and also more cost effective!

The hotel has a VERY nice lobby, but don't be fooled because as soon as you enter the room, you realize you've been shammed. If the CRT television and lack of baseboards wasn't enough, the holes in the wall of the bathroom and top of the dresser would be enough to say goodbye to this place and never look back.I had my 2nd night cancelled and stayed at the Hampton.[...]

Very adequate for my overnight stay. Room is small yet had all I needed. Some traffic noise during the night. Breakfast was average. Cost was less than comparable motels. I would stay here again for an overnight.

Nothing that was really the staff's fault. The reason we enjoy staying here is the lounge and comedy on the weekends. So, we were quite dissapointed when the lounge was closed saturday for a private function and friday added a $10.00 cover charge for the band. Being a paying guest at the hotel I don't feel that we should have to pay an additional fee to enjoy the ammenities that should be part of the deal. Last time it was wristbands for the waterslide this time a cover charge for lounge, who knows next time, 5 cent a sheet toilet paper surcharge?

Place was clean and new, better than average. Was surprised they didn't clean out trash cans every day or swap towels.
You do hear a train at night.
They have kid friendly pool amusements which I did not use.
Locations's good if you're wanting access to I-90, not so much for downtown Billings.
Breakfast was decent but the same every day.

Great value and friendly service

We stayed here a couple of nights before heading out to Yellowstone. We had stayed at a Hampton in D.C. and loved it, so when I saw this one in Billings I booked it right away. The location is good, although I don't think there's a bad location in Billings since it's so small. The beds were comfortable as always and the service was very friendly. It only took about 3 minutes to check in which was nice since we had the kids. The free breakfast is always great although they didn't have as much of a variety as the next place we stayed although considering what it saves you it's worth it. The pool and hot tub were nice although many of the areas feature hotels with slides, etc. and this one was more traditional. Overall we had a great experience once again at a Hampton Hotel and will definitely stay at another one in another city.

This Hampton Inn is a little difficult to find but our TomTom took us right to it. The weight room was small but very adequate. The pool was beautiful with a nice, adjacent hot tub. Our room was very clean and I really appreciated the make-up remover towelettes in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the hot cookies each night. They had a different hot breakfast every morning so we really enjoyed their variety. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed over night for shopping. The pillows on the bed were small and flat which made for an uncomfortable night. Asked the desk for more pillows but was told they didn't have any more.

Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable!

My wife and I stayed here overnight before an early morning flight out of Billings airport, on our return from a week in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The place was very nicely furnished, was clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced. The high-speed internet was fast and easy to use. The bathroom was very clean and well-kept, and the bed was extremely comfortable. All-in-all, it was a very good value for the price.
We asked the front desk for recommendations on a good place to eat dinner and they gave us a discount coupon for Carino's Italian Restaurant, which is right in front of the hotel. We ate there and it was excellent...much better than the Olive Garden!
The only down side to our stay was that there were several rooms of drunk people on our floor, including the room right next to ours. They were yelling and making lots of noise late into the night, which kept us from getting a good night's sleep before our long day of flights. We called the front desk a couple of times, and they did try to deal with the situation by talking to the people, but they didn't have much success is quieting them down. I don't blame this problem on the hotel, though, so it did not affect my rating.

Breakfast is good. They have a pancake machine! It makes one at a time, and it is very tasty.
All the amenities you could ask for, except Pepsi products only in the vending machines. I am a loyal Coca Cola fan.
Helpful front desk. Lots of restaurants and shopping to walk to, or drive nearby. Not close to anything in particular, but nothing is far away. I always stay at this La Quinta.

Great stay before flight

hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent! I would stay here again. The only issue we ran into was the business center. Very slow computers and had problems printing boarding passes but staff was very helpful and got it fixed.

We had been driving for over 8 hours and needed a good restful place to stay. I had reservations here so I was very pleased with the friendly staff and really clean rooms. Only down side was the pool. (too cold and very strong chlorine)

Great but no hot tub

Everything was nice and clean.We noticed [...] that it had a hot tub, but it was broken. Breakfast was good. Common areas very nice. Although we missed it, they offer a free dinner Monday-Thursday, and give suggestions for weekend activities. Shopping and food very close. Be careful when leaving the hotel, cars bottom out at the hotal entrance and the intersection at the major street is difficult.

The Billings Kelly Inn is located at 5610 South Frontage road- right off Exit 446. There are many chain restaurants in our immediate area- as well as numerous businesses and shopping centers.
We are a three story property- with a total of 80 guest rooms; with an elevator. Of the 80 guest rooms- 21 on the first floor have outside and inside entrances. We have rooms with one king bed and two queen beds. Some have two queen beds with a sofa pull out ans some king rooms have bath tubs with jacuzzi jets.
All guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. All rooms have a refrigerator and some have a microwave.The lobby is beautiful- with adequate seating- a fireplace and a computer area for guest use.
The hotel has an indoor hot tub and large indoor swimming pool.
All of the guest rooms have coffee makers- hair dryers- ironing boards and irons- shampoo and conditioner- makeup remover pads and a table or desk.
We offer complimentary coffee and tea- as well as internet access- in the lobby- 24 hours a day.
We offer a complimentary continental breakfast- with waffles and fruit from 6 am to 10 am daily.
We also have evening snacks from 7 pm to 8 pm each evening. There are complimentary copies of the Billings Gazette in the lobby for guests- also.
Our guest rooms are clean and comfortable and have wirlesss internet access.

Convenient location to reach both downtown and mall area quickly. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The only bad thing was the beds were a little too firm.

It's an older building, well maintained. So the rooms don't shake when someone wallks down the hall.
This place is quiet. It is clean. The staff is good and so it is hassle free. Location is good to me. It isn't right next to the freeway, the airport, downtown central or the train tracks. That helps make it quiet. It is weird as when you arrive, it seems to be in the hospital complex. You might miss it the first pass. While it is a little away from previous mentioned places, in Billings you aren't far from any place in the town. We have come to Billings to shop and attend the opera for a great many years. We have tried many places. I think we will be coming back to the Hilltop.

A refrigerator would have made it a perfect room. That is the only thing lacking. And the fitted sheet kept coming undone. But other than that my wife and I really did like the room.

Nice clean hotel, the breakfast was superb and has a great variety. The only complaint with this hotel is the room I was in you could tell that the mattress was used more on one side than the other - it was compressed on one side due to lack of rotation. Otherwise a great stay.
