Thiis hotel is equivalent to Hampton Inns, Marriott Courtyards, etc. Hotel is defniitely a business class hotel. Staff was very helpful, friendly. I would stay again. I had an incredible rate of $48.00 a night.

Very clean room, no external noises at night, continental breakfast excellent, evening Desk Clerk friendly and informative with suggestions on what turned out to be a wonderful visit to Beale Street. Nothing bad to comment other than bed was too firm for our liking.

Overall this was a good stay. Area and location to airport were excellent. Only 2 issues kept me from giving a higher rating. First issue, house keeping starts knocking on your door at 9:00am everyday. The hot breakfeast was not too hot. The hotel charges for breakfeast which was cold and needed to be microwaved to bring it to an acceptable level.

the nice room on my trip... the hotel had a lot of dogs and I was not aware that we had some many on the frist floor... should have been told at check in... I could have stay on the second floor... front desh cleck was nice but seem a little lost at his job on sunday mroning... did not get a check sheet when i left like other hotels

At first glance we were very pleased with accommodations that weren't a chain. However, the staff was not real friendly, not rude, but not as friendly as other places we've stayed. The mattresses in our room needed updated. They weren't very new, probably about 10-15 years old. The BIGGEST complaint is they do not have traction strips in the shower and both of my daughters (ages 6 and 9) fell. When we said something it was like "Oh well". I was very upset in the fact either of them could have been really hurt. Fortunately they weren't. But what about the next child or adult. When I showered, I made sure I didn't move around too much so that I wouldn't fall. Breakfast was also OK, the typical pastries, watered down OJ and the waffles were OK, but the batter was also watered down so that it was not baking the waffles as good as it could. Would I stay here again, probably not, since after getting to the area there were so many other choices. Many of those choices are off of Goodman Road off of 55 which also had many eateries by them.

I was disappointed that I received a handicapped room with a cot instead of a room with two queens. The cot had no blanket and we felt it was too late to call for linens

The ONLY negative was the smoke smell in a couple of the rooms. I reserved three rooms and my brother-in-law coming for the graduation ceremony (in Memphis)reserved another. Out of the four reserved 'non-smoking' rooms, two still had the smoke smell. The hotel was full (bookings for baseball tournaments) and we were unable to change rooms. OVERALL, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others!

My husband and I were in town for the weekend just to have a little fun. We had originally tried to book a stay at the inn located on the hill, but it was booked solid. We were so lucky. The frontdesk staff at the Residence Inn were very professional and friendly. The room was easy to locate and the landscaping was perfect. We were very close to shopping and dining options,without being right on the busy boulevard. To top it off, our room was a pleasant surprise. Every detail was attended to and all of our needs were met. We will definately be returning as soon as we can.

I booked my room last minute from the rest of my son's baseball team and was in the hotel right next door. It could not have been in more perfect! My room was facing theirs and finding everywhere we needed to be was a piece of cake!!

The room was comfortable, desk clerks friendly and helpful, breakfast adequate and amenities very good. Only complaint was the faint cigarette odor in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. This aggravated my allergies so I decided to relocate to another hotel the following night.

Great location, poor quality appliances

Reserved a king bed and got a queen. Not such a big deal, but the fridge didn't work. There wasn't another room available with a working fridge. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Would've been A+ without the setbacks mentioned.

I only stayed for one night but overall I had a great experience. They are actually in the middle of renovating but even with all that going on I still can honestly say it was Really Nice!!! The only thing that kind of upset me was how slow the check-in process was. The guy typed on the computer for about 10 minutes before he gave me my room key and my room was already PREPAID.. Besides that, the hotel was still very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable!!!

The location was close to restaurants and movie theaters. But, the accommodations were terrible. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The place didn't feel clean. The desk folk were nice enough. This was not a good experience. You get what you pay for.
