Hotel was newly remodeled and clean. At $45 per night it was a solid value. Location is excellent with the shops, bars and restaurants of Ocean Springs only 2 miles away and the casinos in Biloxi only 5 miles away. The staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful, but it's a discount hotel, not the Ritz, so I didn't expect much more.

This hotel would rate below many in the area for class, location, etc. But considering the room rate, and the amenities, it is hard to beat. The continental breakfast is a nice amenity, and the microwave & refrigerator is a plus.
The on negative that I found, is that it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get water hot enough to shower. We were at the far end of the hall, and there were not many rooms occupied on the first day of our stay. However, on the 2nd day, there were more rooms occupied, and the hot water came faster.

We visited some of the casinos in Biloxi. Mostley drove around the town Was there to see the improvements that have been made since the hurricane.

This was a quick over nighter to do some gambling so we wanted an inexpensive room. I was very surprised with this motel, in a good way. I was expecting substandard but it was good. We will be staying here again
