This is an average hotel, clean, good location, and I have stayed here twice. The "breakfast" leaves a little to be desired, but otherwise, I can say nothing bad about this hotel.

Overall, I was pleased. My sister and I needed the hotel only to shower and sleep. The beds were comfortable, rooms cleaned. However, Housekeeping left us very few or NO towels and wash clothes. The tissue paper and the kleenex were not replaced once we ran out. I really do not complain and I did't this trip. It was just a bit frustrating when we would arrive at the hotel at the end of the day only to find we did not have enough towels, wash clothes, etc.

The location was ideal for my activities while in Natchez. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. For what was offered on the breakfast menu it was very good. The room was very clean and fresh including bath towels and bed linens. The tv reception could have been better but the channel selection was good. If they would update the furniture it would add alot to the rooms. I would not have any problem staying there on my next trip to Natchez.

The customer service is terrible on a local and corporate level. I'd suggest staying somewhere else. Also-the hotel says NO PETS, but on my stay I saw a big yellow lab and a rottweiler right near the breakfast area. They were quick to tell other people local numbers to a kennel (where I boarded my 5lb chihuahua) but we saw NUMEROUS pets in this hotel.

I visited Best Western for a wedding I attended. I was really shocked at how the hotel appeared on the inside. It was nice and cozy! The one thing I didn't like is that the breakfast provided didn't have any meat like bacon, ham and etc. Other than that it was a nice place 2 stay. Thumbs up!

Staying here was like experiencing the quaint and nostalgic atmosphere of Natchez. Good place to stay - staff was great.
Description
Passport Inn and Suites is located just down the street from Natchez Regional Medical Center, about 1.5 miles from the Riverboat Casino. There are over 50 Antebellum Homes located nearby along with the Natchez Indian Village.

Was there for the Great Mississippi River Balloon Race. Location was great!!! Room was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. Room could have used a microwave, but was overall well worth the price without it. Would stay there again.

Wilkins Town House, Circa 1835, has two exquisitely furnished suites from which to choose. Each suite can sleep up to four people with a queen size bed and queen size sofa-bed in each parlor. You will feel like you have stepped back in time with the 12 foot ceilings in the suites and main living area. This 1888 Victorian town house is completely-renovated, beautifully furnished with antiques, and situated in the heart of the historic district across the trolley stop and carriage rides. Guests have full use of the parlor and dining room, where they enjoy morning papers, fresh fruit, and drinks available 24 hours a day. A generous freshly-cooked plantation breakfast is served in the dining room. Guests occupy a cozy 5-room cottage in the back yard or one of three large upstairs rooms in the main house. The cottage has two double beds, one bath with tub-shower, plus kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV. Each bedroom in the main house has two beds a single and a queen , modern bathroom with tub-shower and hairdryer, telephone, remote-controlled cable color TV, and iron and ironing board. Description
An impressive 1818 Greek revival plantation mansion set in 26 acres of scented gardens, Monmouth Plantation is the epitome of southern splendour with some of the best food in Mississippi and gracious pastimes such as croquet, strolls in the grounds and carriage rides.
Classified as a National Historic Monument, the mansion creates a sense of being in another era. Rooms and suites are located in the main house and also in eight surrounding properties, many of which have four-poster or canopied beds, ornate antiques and fireplaces. A number of the rooms have balconies or porches, with spectacular views over the ornamental lake.
Wander along meandering paths through the pretty gardens before enjoying drinks and canapes in the study, followed by a lavish five-course gourmet dinner in the dramatic dining room.

A REAL SOUTHERN EXPERIENCE

Having just returned from a friends wedding, we found Monmouth Plantation to be an exceptional hotel experience. The friendliness of the staff (don't miss [...]), the amazing mint juleps made by [...], the sumptuous gourmet cuisine, beautiful rooms and gardens. This property is a wonderful example of a true southern mansion and the period antebellum guest rooms will give you the feeling of a bygone era.This hotel's location is just a short drive from other mansions which can be toured in this sleepy historic town. Being on the east side of the downtown area, the location is far more scenic and peaceful than other hotels located along busy highways.We look forward to returning and sampling the hotel's new Chef's Tasting Table which we heard is the finest dining experience in Natchez, and probably all of Mississippi!

A beautiful plantation that approaches that of being a small resort. I regret there is not a swimming pool, however.
The southern breakfast in the morning is delicious and will make the non-believers believers in grits!
The dining room in the mansion is gorgeous. Though dining appears formal, casual is totally acceptable. For a real treat, try the Chef's Table for an elegant dining experience.
The historic bedrooms in the mansion are a bit heavy for our taste and the bathrooms could be updated.
Do not forget to take the 10 AM tour of the mansion to learn more about the historic significance this mansion plays with General Quitman and his place in this country's military history.
The downtown district offers a number of antique stores and feature a wide array of items and prices.
This small 30-room property is a member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Historic Hotels of America.
