I've stayed at several different America's Best Value locations. Based on past experiences, I shouldn't have booked one again, but I did. Much to be desired. There are a lot of hotels in the area; you might as well go somewhere else for about the same price. Not a completely horrible experience, but you can do better.

Good hotel for the price.But when i got into my room i noticed an odor so i had to spray down the whole room with disinfectant spray.Also, i noticed a blood stain on my sheets when i was getting ready to take a nap.the staff came quick to change my sheets though which was good.

The Hampton Inn Greenville MS is the nicest hotel in Greenville. Our rooms have either a king-size bed or 2 queen size beds. All rooms have a refrigerator microwave coffee maker desk ergonomic chair hair dryer iron with ironing board lap desk and Cloud Nine Hampton Inn Bedding. Other features include complimentary wired and wireless High Speed Internet Access swimming pool state-of-the-art fitness center Business Center guest laundry and Meeting Room which accommodates up to 50 persons. We also offer complimentary On the House hot breakfast.

Hotel needs an update/renovations (old fixtures;lighting;showers hair dryers. Electronic room doors needs work...hard to open;sidewalks were painted that became very slippery during the rain.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Very small dining area for breakfast. The property must be very old. Appeared to be renovated at some point in the past.
