One of the better roadside hotels

As a college student I've stayed in some pretty grisly hotels. This one wasn't. The staff was friendly in the evening and in the morning. The rooms were small in terms of floor space, and the bathroom was ity-bitty too. The rooms all had access to the outdoors, so it was more a motel than a hotel.
But the temperature control worked and breakfast was solid, stocked, and clean in the morning. I didn't notice any uncleanliness and the beds seemed fresh. When looking for a cheap hotel, which I frequent often, those are the must-haves.
