The staff was tremendousy friendly and helpful. They were courteous and informed us about the local town and weekend events.
The provided iron was disfunctional leaking discolored water on my husband's dress shirt. Not only did the staff provide a brand new iron, but they placed his shirt in their dryers and quickly returned the shirt to our room.

dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!! Used wash cloth with hair on it hanging from the shower rod. Floor turned my socks black, towels had stains on them. WiFi was so slow it was useless couldn't even check email's. Cleaning staff started knocking on door at 8:00 a.m. and came by every hour to knock again. Never Again!!!!!!!!!

Quiet, clean spacious rooms. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff very friendly. This hotel is on the edge of Sedelia and gives it a country feel to it.

Cleanest/Nicest in a long time!

I stayed here to study for an early morning exam, as I have four teen girls and needed the peace and quiet. The room was spotless and the staff friendly. This is the nicest and cleanest room I've had in quite some time. My only complaint is that the internet service went down while I was checking in at 2:40pm and did not become available until after 9:00pm. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. THANK YOU!

Historic place good for a short stay

The room was clean and comfortable, but very small. However, I expected this given that it is an old historic hotel. Breakfast was OK, but did not include everything stated (e.g., no biscuits and gravy, no hot chocolate option).

I should have listened to prior reviews about this motel. The bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. We won't stay there again.

We are just 2 miles from the Missouri State Fair; 3 miles from Daum Museum, Thompson Hill Shopping, and State Fair Community College; 5 miles from historic downtown, Heritage Railroad Museum, Sedalia Industrial Park, Bothwell Regional Health Center, and Sedalia Memorial Airport; 7 miles from Tyson Food and 23 miles from Whiteman AFB. Enjoy complimentary coffee, free parking, and free wireless internet access. Sorry no pets allowed.

I was reminded by the staff that my reservation was changed and they had the right to change at the last minute. I wanted a non-smoking room and I was put in a smoking room because they had the right to change it at the last minute. Bad business practice

OK - Room smelled musty and moldy - even opening the door did not air out the odor. Appeared clean and check in was ok.
