We had come to town for my nieces wedding. The room was very comfortable, my ironing board needed a little oil to prevent it from squeeking, but I did not say anything and it was easy to use. When requesting more towels the staff made them available immediately. Great time, great place. We all loved the breakfast too.

Nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. The only downside was road construction at the exit -- you have to detour through town to get to/from the hotel. Room was clean and everything met expectations. Breakfast was the standard light fare most hotels do. Pool was closed for the season and I didn't see a hot tub.

This was a very nice hotel. Perfect for what we needed. There was a very good breakfast in the morning WITH WAFFLES!
The staff was kind and the room was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, a very nice traveling experience. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and the bed was clean and comfortable. Someone had turned on the air conditioning just before we checked in and it was already coolly comfortable.
Breakfast was plentiful and good.
Two negatives: the hotel was undergoing roof work and while it was a minimum of discomfort to us, there was some hammering early in the day and their were some loose roofing nails on the sidewalk.
The other negative was the indoor pool is very small.

Perfectly fine stay in Rolla

Arrived with no reservation but obtained perfectly reasonable rate. I was intending to stay at another likely more luxurious/more expensive place but realized I was too tired to take full advantage of exercise/pool facilities, and this place had them if I had wanted. Room was clean and comfortable. Wireless Internet signal was strong but spontaneously reset twice during an evening. Included breakfast was offered in a clean, pleasant area.I saw no fruit and only one type of breakfast cereal. There was a waffle maker, pastries, bread and toasters, milk and a few fruit juices and coffee. I'd rate it above the basics but nothing extra special. The juice cups were startlingly small, requiring many refills. As the only customer, at first, the desk staffer offered me the TV remote control to select my choice of programming. It's not the hotel's fault but the blanket coverage of the Royal Wedding, to the exclusion of real news, pretty much removed the element of choice.

description of room said we would have a fridge which was one of the requirements for us traveling with a toddler. room did not have a fridge and were told rooms with fridges were given away first come first serve. apart from that, the room was cheap looking, but ok.

Hotel and room were cean. The room and bath area was smaller then other Drury Inn's we have stayed in. There is no elevator, so if you have a health issue you need to make sure you are on the first floor. At breakfast there was only one paper to share between guests (or they only had a few to start with before we arrived). The hotel advertised 2 queen beds but in fact they are really twins in size. Since we were staying one night none of the issues mentioned were a big negative to us. Cleanliness in our first consideration and the hotel was very acceptable on that count. The evening buffet and breakfast continues to be a big plus for Drury.

First of all, I called prior to leaving Alabama to ask if there would be a problem for us to check in around 3 am in Rolla, Missouri. Our reservations were for Thursday and Friday. The lady that I talked to told me that there weren't any problems in checking in at this time. We arrived around 5 am on Thursday. When I rang the bell for the night man to open the office, he was very rude and said "what do you want?" I told him that I had a reservation and I wanted to check in our room. He said that he couldn't let me have a room until 11 am that morning. I was traveling with my elderly mother and she needed some rest. He just told me that he couldn't help me and went back into the back room. I will never stay at another "Econo Lodge" ever again and I will tell all my friends and family about my experience.

This place is a hovel and a dive

I came down to attend my 20th High School reunion. this place almost ruined my stay. I travel allot for business and pleasure and this is the worse place I have ever ever stayed at.
The staff to begin with would not acknowledge the payment made through Orbitz even after showing them the confirmation. They tried to double charge me for the room. After clearing that up I went to my room which was disgusting. The carpet is old and never been cleaned, the room smelled of mold, the furniture was old used and worn out. The tv worked sometime, fuzzy and intermitment. The bed was totally worn out and hurt my back for that night. The sink had chips of porclain missing, the pool was never even opened.
I went back to get a different room and they refused even after intense negotiations and would not do a refund. I told them my review with Orbitz will be the truth and they did not care about my review.
the continental breakfast was cheap and gross. the pastrys and bagals were stale, the coffee was burnt.
This place should be off of Orbitz's list and never ever be recommended.

It was ok. It worked for one night. I could hear highway traffic and the rooms were a little rundown. I wouldn't want to stay there for several nights, but it did the trick. I liked that they had wireless.

You heard the expression, "You get what you pay for"...and I got what I paid for. The good things: the staff was friendly and quite helpful; the location was perfect as it was near the expressway; eateries were next door (A Mexican Restaurant) and surrounding vicinity; gas station was on the property. The bad things: the place literally looked dumpy; an ugly, run down pool area serving as a storage area was clearly visible; the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke; the bathroom toilet seat was loose and comes off easily; the towels looked run down and overused; the carpet is worn down and torn in the room; old TV; the bed felt and looked like thousands of people slept on it-it was lumpy and you can tell they never changed the pillow as it smelled of perfume and had loose hair on it. The grounds looked dirty and had trash in most places. I only stayed one of the two nights and would not return again.

This Motel is by no means nice. It was dirty, one of the beds was slept in and not changed, there were cockroaches in the room and in the cereal at the breakfast offered,The phone in the room did not work so we had to walk to the front desk to complain. We went and bought bug spay and sprayed everything and stayed since we prepaid and couldn't get our money back.

Hotel manager was confused about [...] Reservation, refused to accept proof of pre-payment, and ran my credit card twice. Ended up getting double-charged for the hotel. Bed was comfortable with ample blankets and pillows and the room was spaceous for the price; however, bathroom lights were constantly flickering, the paint on the walls of the bathroom was peeling and moldy, and the grout in the tub was peeling and moldy. Overall, very unimpressed. Have stayed in worse places; however, would not stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel in rooms 231 and 233. May 15-21st 2011. Had bed bug bites from both rooms. On my arms and feet, and my face. Never never ever stay at this hotel, It's worth a $100 more to stay somewhere else.

Hotel was very nice, other than charging me twice but they dis refund one back. Rooms very nice bed was comfortable and pool/hot tub were a nice way to relax.
