Very nice, comfortable and clean, place to stay...this is my third stay and I like it. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is close to a nice Mall. The Interstate and the area attractions are close - the airport isn't far, either. I always choose DoubleTree when I have to stay in Chesterfield. I think you will too!

The room was nice albeit small. We requested a smoking room, and found out later that no smoking rooms had mini fridges, which I thought was weird. Also the extra fees for Wi-Fi and $10 per person for the contintental breakfast on a $100 room I thought was too much....both of those should have been included. the shuttle service was nice though, after my wife and I went out for drinks.

Evening meal through the weekday is a bonus, nice pool and outside seating area, breakfast provided, pleasant staff, full fridge and ice maker in room helps with food cost. I would have liked a few weights or options in the fitness room other than the three machines available, but it was clean and available when we were there. Loved that we could get a suite for the price we would normally pay for a single room. We had a great experience.

Fantastic Mother/Daughter shopping trip!

My mother-in-law and I, along with 2 other mother/daughter couples, went on an overnight Christmas shopping trip. This hotel was perfect location for all day shopping, a quick rest and cleaning up, and then back out for dinner! We'll definelty all be back next year!!

Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. Particularly enjoyed the free hot food and drinks in the evening. This stay has made me a big fan of Drury Hotels---wish there were more of them.

Had an unusual schedule with a 2:30am arrival. Had called ahead to request a rollaway for an additional guest. Upon arrival, the check in was quick and the rollaway was already in the room, allowing us to avoid dealing with that when all we wanted was to get some sleep. Nice assortment of items for complimentary breakfast. Hard to beat the value!!

This hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, and we had a good stay. If you are looking for somewhere affordable this is a great hotel for that. The only two complaints we had is that the hotel is located about 2 miles from the exit and is in a business/industrial area. It was a little wierd. The pool is very, very small. The pictures did not do it justice. However I would definitly stay here again because it was very clean and the staff was friendly.

We had a king room with a small kitchenette. The bed was comfy and the living area was nice. The TV was a nice size; although you could swivel it from living area to bedroom, the view from the bed was not good. The TV needs to be mounted higher with a swivel. The pool was small with a 5ft depth and the whirlpool could have used more jets. Breakfast was crowded on the weekend, the staff kept the items and area clean. Overall this is a good motel.

Thanksgiving near the family

Our time at the Residence Inn was great! I used the oven to bake pies the night before Thanksgiving and used it again to do the turkey leaving room for dressing and other dishes at our daughters. We had some down time in a really great location and still spent plenty of time with the family.

This is an older establishment which shows all of the signs of great maintenance and good housekeeping.
As far as customer service and value this hotel rates very high with me. The staff spare no effort to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Try Room 228! Elevator with loud children all through the night with the headboard against the wall of that elevator shaft. Was not allowed any opportunity to move. Children running through halls up until 3:30am with only one hotel staff member working. Hot tub was more like a Cold-tub, with no towels available. Would never recommend this hotel.

We were in town for a Webster Universaty graduation. We didn't have much time to sight see. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. We will probably stay at a Hampton Inn again when we get a chance
