Just stayed 2 nights for a conference nearby. It is right off the highway and was decent for the price. I had a clean room and good room service. No issues.

I was there for a weeklong training seminar so I needed someplace quiet. 5 out of 6 nights it was quiet as a tomb. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was great. One of the night managers, Jeremy, even helped me correct a minor computer problem that I was having. Also convenient (walking distance) to a couple of restaurants. I will definitely plan to stay there again, but honestly, If my wife was with me, especially for several days, I would want something a little fancier. If you just want a nice quiet, clean place to sleep you can't go wrong here.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel and plan to return on my next trip! The staff are nice and the rooms are very clean. Great location by food and close to shopping.

Great for the Little Ones

We stayed at this hotel for the water park. It was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old. I would not recommend this for older kids, but for the younger ones it is perfect. They have a 1 foot wading pool with water toys. Then there is the 3 to 4 foot pool with two slides and basketball hoops. The slides are short enough to have your young one go it alone and you catch themat the bottom or if they are braver splash down. Good location as it is a short drive from all the resturants you could want. We got the 2 room suite , while nothing special, just basically two adjoining rooms converted, it did make for a nice stay when trying to put the kids to sleep. All in all good stay.

People who live in that part of the country with the harsh winters have to be a little crazy. As we are from the southern half of the US, was very pleased with the heating. We were kept warm and comfortable.

The Comfort Inn Plymouth was just perfect for me. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. My view of the woods was awesome. The free wifi allowed me to get work done. I did get booted off a few times but was able to get back in easily. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with coffee or tea. Wide choices in the vending machines at reasonable prices. Free breakfast or more choices in on site restaurant. The location was perfect for what I needed to do and allowed me easy freeway access for sightseeing. The indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room were well kept and secure.
If I come back to this area, I will definately stay here!

Good price, great staff, but smoke smell

This hotel was very affordable, and the staff were great. It's a short drive (20min or so) from the MSP airport and MOA (Mall of America). It's also just minutes from two different Benihana restaurants, which serve some of the best food I've ever tasted. Hotel Wi-Fi was fairly slow, and even though I was on the first floor and only maybe 150ft from the lobby, it cut out a lot. However, it got the job done overall. My only major complaint was that my "non-smoking" room smelled strongly of smoke--people had clearly been smoking in my room in the past. I will stay at this hotel in the future if I'm in the area, and hopefully other rooms smell less like smoke than mine did.

The Radisson Hotel Conference Center was an obvious choice for the convention I attended. Its unique layout - with group meeting rooms in a separate wing was well suited to our group activities. The group meals were also exceptional for the price. However the room was rather small and the property's ventilation problems made the whole setting uncomfortably clammy and stuffy (though the outdoor temperature was under 80 degrees. I've NEVER stayed on a property before in my life with next to no air circulation. It took a night and day of complaints to the management to correct this problem (as if they were trying to save on their AC bill, despite a full house! Also, visitors should be warned - if you (like are) are flying into town. The hotel provides NO comp airport shuttle and the 30+ minute drive to this out-ot-the-way suburban location is costly, if you don't rent a car. However, one BIG bonus is the lovely view of a natural marshland - such an improvement from looking out onto cement parking as so many others.

Great rate for spacious room

The hotel is very well maintained, the staff are friendly and the rooms are well kept. The rooms are spacious and full of amenities which seem relatively new. The hotel is situated near many restaurants so options are plentiful. There is a sizable pool and fitness room at the hotel as well. I would stay here again if visiting Plymouth, MN.
