I was a little skeptical at first, exspecailly for the super low price but, the Staff was SOOOOO wonderful - and customer service is always top priority in my book. The bed was super comfy and when I asked for another blanket and pillow - the staff was more than happy to get them for me. The only thing that I was just a little disappointed about was there wasn't a waffle maker just the premade waffles at breakfast but for the price this is easily overlooked.

i enjoyed this hotel. very cozy,clean. I loved the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. I was very relaxed. I wish this hotel had a swimming pool, maybe more amenities. The location was great, right off the freeway. There is alot of places to eat at in the area.Very close to the major cities, and downtown. I have recommeded to friends and family. The staff was also nice and very helpful. There is even a nice view.

The room was beautiful and the location was great. The free shuttle was awsome ! Not only was it at the airport to pick us up within 10 minutes of us calling, the driver was great. He even took us to a nearby Restaurant at 11:00 at night so we could have a few drinks. I will stay there again, but I would definately skip the "hot" breakfast. The eggs were extremely overdone and ice cold. They did have a station where you can make waffles, but I did not try them.

We stayed for 3 nights when we were in town for a wedding. Easily accessible from highway, plenty of restaurants and shopping in all price ranges nearby. Room overlooking a small lake. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful.

We had a great time! When we booked the reservation, we really had no idea what to expect. We were very pleased with the hotel. My husband & I and our 3 teenage boys, had one room with two bedrooms, sofa sleeper two bathrooms, plus a kitchenette. It fit us well! The breakfast was awesome! The price was well in our budget! We would stay there again!

This apartment style hotel was updated and renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was small but nice. The hot tub fits 3-4 people. The continental breakfast was HUGE! The grounds around the facility could use some more work. I am very picky about my hotels and would stay here again but not necessarly be my first choice.

This is a nice hotel and we like this brand. It is billed as the airport hotel, but it is actually a 22 dollar cab ride away w no airport shuttle provided. Seems airport hotels should be close to an airport or have transportation. Otherwise, nice enough

good option for the area

We wanted to visit Mall of America. I know there are some hotels closer, but this was a MUCH better value. It was very very nice, and really quite close, and cost less. They even have a van that goes to the mall. We didn't use it because we had some other things to do so we can't comment on it. However we found the hotel to be close and convenient and I think we got a lot more for our money in terms of how very nice this hotel is. The pool is beautiful.

The hotel was just ok. At first the Tv would not change channels. So we had to wait for someone to come and fix it. Internet had to be plugged in, so you couldn't use your laptop just anywhere, you had to sit at the desk. The bedding was ok nothing spectacular. The continental breakfast was good but could have been better.

I remember the beds being really nice-but not so this stay. Sheets came off corners with every turn and mattress was hard.
Front desk clerk did not know anything about a great restaurant which was only 5 miles away-kept suggestion the typical sports bar venue.

It was a very short stay. But we enjoyed our time. Close to the mall and our destination the following morning. First floor rooms are noisy; kids running toward the pool, vending machines, ect.

The choice of this hotel was for the park and fly feature. The price that was quoted was not for this feature. We were charged an additional fee of $21.00 for the parking. The charge was not out of line, but unexpected.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great, loved the shuttle to the Mall of America. Some construction close by, but not too bad. Shopping close and convenient. On our next visit, will probably stay someplace closer to the Wayzata area.

Delightful First Stay

My grandchildren and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The location is great for the Mall of America and the shuttle provided by the hotel is great!!!!
The staff is very friendly and so helpful with directions. It was our first visit to Minneapolis/Eagan and I do plan to return and stay at this location.

This hotel is a good choice if you want to be close to the Mall of America and the airport but don't want to be on the highway and in the heart of the city. Good access on/off major highways. Hotel is clean and well kept up, especially the lobby and pool area. Breakfast is great. My only two comments are that the front desk receptionist was not front and center on a busy Saturday morning. You had to ring the bell to get her. We stayed Wednesday to Sunday and although we had maid service who gave us fresh towels and made the beds, the room could have used more attention like a vacuum, new roll of toilet paper, fresh drinking cups, etc. that was not done. Overall, though, nice hotel and I would stay here again.

Perfect Birthday Setting

We chose this location based on other reviews stating its family friendliness. It did indeed live up to the glowing reviews. This was a little getaway to celebrate our daughter's birthday...it was a girl's night: mom, daughter and daughter's pal. We ate at Rainforest Cafe at MOA and then went to the hotel where the nicest check-in person gave us popcorn and m&m's, wished my daughter a happy birthday, and instructed us to pop in the candy after the popcorn popped-yum. She was the nicest, genuine hotel greeter I've met in a long time. Then she let the girls pick out some candy from their candy area. Our room was very nicely appointed--we got a nice suite, did lots of swimming, had a great breakfast, and swam again. What was nice about the suite was i got to watch tv and read in another room while the girls watched a DVD in the other room (we had rented some DVDs before we came and knew that the room had a DVD player--thanks to the Orbitz phone person who called to make sure there was one.) The suite had doors that separated the two rooms--perfect. The place was really quiet, really clean and fresh. I feel like we found a real gem that I would recommend whole heartedly. -St. Paul
