It can be hard to find a hotel that's affordable and was really designed with families in mind. But this was both. The rooms are clean and spacious, easily big enough to set up a portable crib and not feel cramped for space. The staff seemed to love kids. We didn't get the rooms that had bunk-beds but what a great idea!

My daughters and I went to the Mall of America was located right across the street which was perfect! Shuttle to and from the Mall every hour which was nice.. Would stay there again.. Also has a nice water park attached which we did not pay extra to use, we were there to shop..

This hotel is a convenient place to stay. It is across the street from Mall of America, there is an IHOP and TGIF restaurant attached to the property, it is close to freeways, and the airport. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was still in new condition. The front desk staff were nice and pleasant.

The room was quiet and the air didn't blow on us as usually happens. We rented a refrig for $10.and ate simple breakfasts in whenever we wanted. We were at our daughter's home for other meals so we didn't use the restaurant. We'd stay there again.

Perfect location. Needed rent a car. Management did not know there was a facility across the highway. Free computer use-great. Beds comfy. Nice restaurant. Shuttle bus personnal wonderful and accomodating for your needs.

Polite staff. Complimentary juice during checking. Room was very good. The little pastry shop was awesome. The fitness center was fine - modern equipment and the room was big enough.
It would have been nice if the hotel had a pool. Also, at the end of our stay they emailed me some other guest's receipt.

Room was clean, comfortable, and a good value. Restaurant and bakery were good. Gym was very average with treadmills which only went 4.5 mph maximum. Hotel was very close to a busy freeway.

Rooms, staff, and cleaning were fine. Breakfast was a little sparse, only fruit offered were oranges, only one kind of muffin, a few kinds of cereal, and a waffle maker. But the orange juice was real and for once NOT watered down like most motels!
Internet connection was a little slow (overused) but that is typical too.

The hotel was in general very good, but for the price, I think they could have dropped the $12 a day charge for unsecured wi-fi. Food was expensive, even continental breakfast, but the location was great. We could walk to Mall of America and it was close to the airport. Room was very comfortable, but little extras were sparse. No napkins with the in-room coffee. No shampoo. We found the staff very prompt and accommodating, though. Prepare to walk a lot! The hotel is very spread out. Plenty of parking. I think in the interests of good PR, the hotel management should reconsider the little extras which are free at most hotels of this caliber.

My wife and i went to a Vikings game. this was a perfect place to stay. It is located just 2 blocks from the mall of america. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport and also the mall. The rooms are very cozy. The employees are very nice. There is even a door man that opens the door for you at the main entrance. We took the shuttle to the mall and took the train from the mall to the metrodome. It only cost $7 for the trip to the dome and back wich was better then the $20 parking at the dome. Overall we really liked this hotel. This was the second time we stayed here and it wont be our last.
