Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Located right off 371 among many places to shop and not far from Legacy golf courses. Fast WiFi. Beds are a little hard, breakfast could use more hot food choices, only had waffles and eggs. Excellent cookies.

The Crossings by GrandStay Inn and Suites is conveniently located in the heart of Brainerd/Baxter on Highway 371 and 210. We offer a variety of King, Queen, Whirlpool and Specialty Suites. All rooms include, speakerphone with voicemail, microwave/refrigerator, coffee makers, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and wireless high speed Internet and cable/HBO. One bedroom suites include a full kitchen. Guest's enjoy our daily complimentary Gourmet Express Breakfast.
Amenities available at the hotel include an indoor pool, whirlpool, kiddie pool and sauna. Overlooking the pool is our fitness room. Very comfortable stay

We weren't there very much for the one night, but our room was clean and very comfortable.
The staff was great and directed us to Grizzly's for supper. Grizzly's has fire roasted rotisserie chicken that was very good.
The only con is that it is located across the street from an active railroad track. The train going past some time in the early morning was a minor interruption but soon passed and I was back asleep.

We stayed one night to get out of the city. Easy to find right off the highway. Whereever you are going this hotel was located in great place. Lots of famiily/kids because of the waterpark. Thought it would be noisy during the night, but it was very quiet. Not much to do at waterpark for adults other than sit in the adult hot tub. Morning breakfast is one of the best, and there was enough food for everyone. Beds were very comfy, clean room, and they were all nonsmoking! Room price automatically includes waterpark. Should have separate rate for room only.

When checked into room, we noticed a dirty toilet, so bad you wouldn't sit on it. There was throwup half cleaned up on the wall. The outside of the refridgerator dirty, couldn't bring myself to open it.Headboard was dirty, not just dusty. Stayed at another hotel. Owner refused to give refund. [...]
