After touring Lake Superior and camping along the way, it was a welcome relief to check into such a nice motel. It was everything they said it was in the description. It was cold and rainy outside but the staff was warm and very helpful.

I first stayed here in 1989. I have returned several times. I once stayed there a month or two.
I go for the pool. But the rooms are nice, the staff was unusually nice and even though they were crowded, several remembered my name.

Nice location , but thats about it. Air conditioner very noisy, windows very hard to use, could hardly close it (Crank). Pool in basement (they say ground floor)no windows, not appealing at all. Freighter Restuarant just okay food, but service was excellent!!

We were up for my fiancé's son's wedding & stayed here for a week. The room was a standard with 2 queen beds. It was ok for 2 adults but cramped when you add 2 small kids. Luckily, they only spent 2 nights. All the amenities were there. Indoor pool/hot tub a plus. Staff very friendly & helpful. No icky smells, etc. very close to the Canadian border which we crossed daily. I was able to upgrade the day before getting there to 2 beds instead of one for the kids which I found helpful. Oh! Free breakfast rocks there. They have eggs & sausage!

Stayed in Park Inn during Independence weekend. Hotel location is good, just near I-75 highway, better than Sault Ste. Marie downtown. The hot tub and sauna is really nice, my friends and I had a lot of fun there. Only negative thing maybe the room, it is not sound prove at all. It is easy to hear any sound from neighbor room.

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to the featured concert. The rate was really good and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was very convenient in terms of the concert and there are places to eat right on the property, so it was a worthwhile stay!

the hotel was part of the casino--the rooms were average but very clean--the price through [...] was good for a july 4th weekend--the hotel is close to the downtown area to sault ste. marie and the lock cruises--there is a buffet restaurant and a deli in the hotel-- they give some perks when playing in the casino--the casino is not large but well laid out with ample slots -- we had a problem when checking in-- they had our home address wrong so the reservation took awhile to complete

The rooms were very comfortable, very roomy and clean. The beds were great, we slept very good. The bathrooms were very up to date and large. The only complaint I had was we had kids with us who were looking forward to swimming and the pool was closed the whole weekend we were there so we were unable to use it. It was very disappointing. They said it was being treated, however I don't think it would take at least three days for treatment. That was very disappointing.
