we were on a 3 day shopping trip - all the stores we were interested in were located close to the hotel. We liked our room, the location of our room and thoroughly enjoyed the hottub after a full day of shopping. would really have preferred china mugs for our coffee but it wouldn't deter us from staying here again

The indoor and outdoor pools were great. The only thing I would suggest would be that the breakfast offered more food.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the people that worked there were great. However, if you are handicapped, it is somewhat lacking. There is an elevator located near the lobby, but the hike to the breakfast and dining area is a long one down narrow hallways. There are absolutely NO handicapped parking spaces (there is one at the bar entrance on the other side of the building), so if the hotel is quite full, good luck.

Room was clean. Shower was in poor condition. Water came out of places that shouldn't have water coming out of. Really convenient to shopping areas.

Room was fairly clean. Lacked an ironing board and iron. Loacation is very convienant to major restaraunts and shopping
