We only stayed overnight before heading to the airport, but were happy with the accomodations. The free breakfast in the morning included a much better selection than most places we've stayed. We would stay here again.

This is an average inn (formerly Ramada). It was clean, small, and the low price was fitting for the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so it was perfect for what I needed: a bed and a shower. Located near the airport and a few restaurants in case you don't like the continental breakfast.

Everythng met my expectations. Some aspects of the hotel are getting dated. The television was an old model with very poor reception / picture. The room, although a bit dated and worn was clean. All in all for the price point it was average or a bit better than average.

when i got there cheap tickets had not sent over my reservation and it was made 4 days in advance and already paid for. they were very accommodating because i had a copy of my confirmation. The curtain rod in my room was broken and it faced the indoor pool. the food at the restaurant was awful. it was boxed microwaved food that they actually kept in the original plate when served to you.
the bartender was very nice.

My husband and I stayed here three nights during a visit for a family party in the nearby area. Room was very efficiently designed. Bed was very comfortable as well the assortment of pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very nice as contributed to the value of this hotel. Pool and hot tub were small, but we were there at a time when no one else was, so it was nice. Very convenient to airport and car rental. Fridge & microwave a bonus. Only down side was noise from doors slamming in the hallways and stairways. But all in all, great stay.

The Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport, Romulus, Michigan was just ok. The location was right near airport so it was easy to get there but that was another reason to have noisier room. I woke up 5 a.m. because of the airplane landing sound. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. compare to price the quility of food is low and there were only one weitress so at first we couldn't even figure it out that place is open or not. Room was very neat and clean. I like the decoration of the room.

Great location to stay before and after a plane trip. Hotel van was at the airport to pick us up at 1:20 am when we arrived back to the US. Convenient long term parking was nearby, with the parking shuttle taking us to our car.

The hotel itself is old and needs new carpet throughout. We requested to be moved from the first non-smoking room because if reeked of smoke. The second room was much better - it smelled fresher, the room itself looked much newer (the carpet, the bed, pillows and spread) and, including the bathroom, it was very clean.

Great location, except that despite being checked in online and leaving 1 1/2 hours before the flight, we still missed it, due to a long wait for the Hertz bus and huge security lines at 6:30 a.m.

very friendly stuff, the hotel has an amazing potential if some TLC was applied. The overall impression is that the hotel remained in its glory from 7 years ago and with a little attention, it would be a stunning experience...It was very clean and the poor was open. For the price, it was a good experience!

(FYI, [...], I thought I was paying for Days Inn at Metro and looked forward to their accommodations and complimentary breakfasts.) Metro Inn was a great disappointment and I would have moved to another motel if I hadn't already paid to stay there. My 91 yr. old mother was with me. I had signed up for 2 queen beds because she is a restless, noisy sleeper. We got 1 king bed. I was anticipating a coffee maker, microwave, & small refrigerator in the room. There was free coffee from 4:00 to 9:00am in the lobby. There wasn't even a clock or hair dryer. The worse part of our stay was the bathroom. It had a small vinyl tub with a plastic shower curtain. There were NO bars or handholds of any kind. I immediately went back to the office and asked if they had any handicapped bathrooms. No, all the same. My mother can't climb into a tub and stand up without something to hold onto. She had to bathe in the sink (which had no stopper.) The faucets on the sink and tub were both broken and it was difficult to adjust water temperature. The toilet was extremely slow to flush and we feared overflows. It was horrible! They only cleaned our room every other day. And we had to laugh at the view from our window. A trash can, work buckets, a pile of sand, and a concrete wall. I would not recommend this to anyone except maybe a businessman who wouldn't care about any amenities. Definitely NOT for any older people!

Nice hotel - great bed - but we needed 1 night in Detroit and 1 night in Toledo and neither [...] not Marriott would let us substitute a Marriott hotel in Toledo for the 2nd night. No flexibility whatsoever and I am a Marriott Rewards member.

"Served it's Purpose"

Served it's purpose for my needs. Basically just a place to lay my head. Only major complaint was the air unit broke in the middle of the night and they had to move me around mid-night.

Simple hotel. Convenient location to access the Airport for early morning flights when snow coming down.
