We needed a hotel to stay for a wedding weekend... this was a great place to go. The staff was as friendly and helpful as could be, the rooms were great, and we were glad this was where we chose!

Staff were outstanding and very friendly. The room clean and good condition with all necessary needs provided.
The only disappointing thing was they did not provide a breakfast with the stay, but they did have a on site resturant with breakfast from $2.50 - 9.95, so that was acceptable.

The hotel is very nice and is in a great location. Our room was clean but cold. I let the front desk know and by the time we got back, it was nice and warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hard to beat in the northwest suburbs

This is a well appointed hotel. The location is one where I must stay frequently for business and personal reasons. I have yet to find anything comparable in price and luxury in the immediate area.

Room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. It came with a microwave but no refrigerator and a small coffee maker and supplies. The breakfast was much better than I orginally hoped for with hot choices of scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon, ham, as well as fresh fruit, bagels, oatmeal, juice, muffins, and toppings for some of the hot food items. The pool looked nice it just wasn't open enough hours for me to enjoy - although my business associate tried it and liked it along with the sauna and whirpool. I used the workout room - small but full of the items I use regularly. The staff was pleasant and easily helped if we had a question.

excellent hotel for the price

The lobby was very nice and the rooms were very affordable for a suite with 2 queen beds. The rooms were very comfortable. I would have liked a door between the bedroom area and the bathroom dressing area so my husband could sleep easier while I got ready to go to breakfast with my kids. The breakfast was great met everyone's likes. Would definitely stay here again.

Was in late and out early, but the location was very convenient, and both the common areas and the rooms were very clean and roomy. Warm breakfast buffet in the morning was a huge plus. I will stay here again.

While we were there we went to the henry ford museum and greenfield village. We had an enjoyable time. The one downside was Sunday Morning when we were getting ready to leave there was a watermain break and we had no water. The hotel clerk wanted to refund us a night at the hotel, but because I bought my room through orbitz we were not able to.

Apartment style hotel with most appliances available. Did not provide shampoo. Had to pay for internet access.They do not clean your room unless you pay for it, or stay more than 7 nights.
