The in room jacuzzi was the best feature of the upgrade we chose with King-size bed. 24 hour comp coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn was a nice touch in the lobby. Stones throw from the casino was convenient, Although we did not use the free shuttle it was running every 20 minutes or so. Hot tub and pool area clean and nice but like most indoor pools, the chlorine in the air was heavy. Only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. I have seen way better elsewhere. Could not find things, should have had a posted menu with a map. The only fruit offered were bruised apples and black bananas. The hard boiled eggs were hidden behind stuff. The sausage gravy tasted absolutely horrible with some kind of mystery meat. It must have come out of a can. They should not offer it if not made fresh. Make your own waffle was the best, but the pre-packaged fake syrup ruined it. At least they had real butter.

Stayed here because the Casino/resort was sold out.
Was not dissappointed. Even had a shuttle to the casino/concert! The price was gereat too!!

We stayed at the Super 8 because I was in town to attend my MBA graduation. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again.

Cheap but not great

It's one of the cheapest rates you will find in Mt Pleasant, but the rooms are quite sub-standard. It felt like I was staying in a dorm room. My greatest complaint was that the bathroom was terribly small, had a drafty window, and had no heat. I had to leave the shower running a while just to warm up the bathroom. In their defense, however, it was a perfectly clean room, including the bathroom.
